  • Perfect location with everything we needed!

"We stayed at this condo for 10 amazing days and loved it! We are a family of 4 with a 19 year old daughter and 16 year old son. There was plenty of room for all of us! Having 2 full bathrooms was such a bonus and the washer and dryer came in really handy after our muddy 8 mile hike up to the Hanakapi'ai Falls. We were covered in mud but had a fabulous time. The atmosphere at the condo was very family oriented and very quiet. Loved being able to hear the waves at night when we went to sleep. Two nights we had a loud group outside the window but honestly they were gone by 10-10:30. My husband was nervous about the no A/C but after the first day we didn't even notice it. We never went to the pool, the beach was perfect for us. Many days we'd get up early and grab some of the lounge chairs on the grassy section, or we'd grab the chairs from the condo and just hang on the beach. After driving to other parts of the island we came to realize that we had it great with no traffic issues in Po'ipu. So spoiled! We did use the fitness center a couple of times when my son didn't feel like doing a long run - it was nice and never crowded. Plenty of stores and places to eat nearby. One of our favorites was take out food from Da'Crack for Mexican food. If you are looking for a resort with lots of people and lots going on this is not the place for you. We went to the Grand Hyatt to have family pictures taken (highly recommend Pacific Dream Photography) and thought the place was beautiful but there were so many people! And they can't swim at their beach! Ditto when we at at Dukes in Lihu'e, the Marriott is beautiful but so many people and so much traffic. This is truly a hidden gem. If you are looking for a fun hike near by try the Makauwahi Cave Trail - it was easy, close and you could see turtles in the surf, dolphins if you are lucky and a very cool cave. The cave is only open on Wed, Fri, Sat & Sundays from 10-2. So much to do here you'll never get bored! The owners were super helpful and provided a ton of information about the resort and things close by. We would definitely stay here again. We hope we can someday!"

  • Wonderful Kauai Condo!

"We stayed at this condo from June 27th to July 5th and it was amazing. The views from the balcony are beautiful and the property grounds are extremely well maintained. The walk to the beach is just under a minute, and one of the nicest beaches on the south side too! The unit has beach chairs and umbrellas, and even a little cooler. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We think this unit is one of the best on the property, as other units that were just a bit closer to the beach usually had a lot of people camped out in front of them. We could sit and relax on the balcony with the amazing views, and not have crowds of people walking by all the time. The front door has wooden blinds that twist open that allow for fresh breezes to flow through the condo. While it was a bit windy during our stay, there is hardly no wind on the balcony due to the layout/floorplan and the way the wind was usually blowing. Falling asleep to the sounds of the surf every night was wonderful. This unit also has access to the Poipu Beach Club across the street, which we used almost every day. Our kids (7 and 8) had a lot of fun at the pool and waterslide, and the club serves food and drinks at reasonable prices. The staff at the property and beach club were all very nice and welcoming. The owners were extremely pleasant to work with too. We can't wait to go back. Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to use your condo!"

  • Four and a half stars.

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was fantastic and the owner was very helpful with the booking. The condo isn't brand new but has been upgraded and is VERY well maintained and although it is a ground floor unit at the entrance the lanai overlooking the garden is actually at second floor height so you have quite a bit of privacy. Speaking of the garden it is the only thing that kept us from giving a 5 star rating (there is no 4.5 rating). Although the gardens are very nice no one seems to be maintaining them. Some of the paths through them have been allowed to grow in and the water features are not operating. It is still a nice place but it seems to be "unloved" and returning to it's original state. Other than the garden everything is first rate. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and there are plenty of beach chairs. It's even closer to a wall that people sit on and watch the sun set over the ocean. There is a golf course within walking distance as well as shopping and restaurants. The closet is full of beach gear including boogie boards and snorkel gear and the kitchen is well stocked if you decided to cook. So if don't need to have everything shiny and new and are happy with a more comfortable but still clean and thoughtfully upgraded place that has a homey feel you can't go wrong with this rental."

  • A breezy, cozy home in paradise

"My husband and I have recently returned from a wonderful stay in this wonderful unit. As promised the condo gets a lot of light, and the the tropical breezes will keep you cool and comfortable through the night. The grounds are beautiful, and the bungalows that make up the complex feel charming as compared to some of the larger new hotels in the area. The swimming conditions were excellent on the south shore, and though we love exploring and did our fare share of it, we would have been happy to stay on property the whole time and just soak it all in. The unit is clean, and comfortable. Being a bit away from the main thoroughfare makes it private while still more then easily accessible to the beach, gardens and restaurant on property. Many thanks to the owners for entrusting us with this gem, we can't wait to come back!"
