"First time staying right in Poipu and this unit's location is fantastic. The Complex is immaculate, grounds and unit very well maintained and the Virws are stunning. All and all an amazing stay."

  • Super location & great condo

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were delighted with our stay. A great location for families, peaceful & quiet. Our condo was large with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathroom which was perfect for our family of four or more. Large washer & drier, and dishwasher were convenient. We could watch the sunset from our deck, we also could see whales breaching in the distance. We were extremely happy with our stay ??"

  • Best Seat in the House

"My wife and I stayed in this unit for 16 days starting on Jan 16, 2016 and enjoyed it thoroughly. The unit was beautiful and exactly as represented on the website. We had stayed in two other units in this complex previously but this one really stood out from the other two. The view from the 3rd floor is a commanding one (nice feature: even tho the unit is on the 3rd floor the building is configured in a way that requires only one flight of stairs. I have some mobility issues but had zero problems negotiating the stairs) and the building is designed in such a way that you cannot see the units to your left or right. The sunsets as viewed from the lanai are like God's own wide screen TV. I loved the newly installed wood floors because, unlike the carpeting we had in the other two units, the wood doesn't smell musty or feel perpetually damp. The unit has its own washer and dryer, which is a huge convenience and also a second bathroom, an even bigger convenience. With the 2nd bathroom my wife and I could get ready for the day simultaneously, which probably saved us an hour every day. We were there for 16 days so that's a LOT of extra time we could spend vacationing instead of drying our hair. This area is a GREAT location and close to an amazing array of cool stuff. The unit is well appointed and aside from a kitchen that looks perhaps a bit dated, everything is beautiful and functional. Time spent on Kauai is fantastic; staying here enhances an already wonderful experience. Bottom line: my wife and I loved it and in fact booked a return stay for 2017 in this same unit. Can I make one suggestion? Wood floors can scratch easily and it's imperative to keep them scrupulously free of any kind of dirt or grit. Even with us removing our shoes at the door we found that it was easy to track in, especially from the lanai where the lanai floor would accumulate debris blown off of the trees. I either swept or vacuumed every day to keep the floors clean. A $30 stick vac with an easy-to-empty dirt cup would make it a breeze to keep the floors flawless. The old canister vac is cumbersome and awkward to use. Just a thought. We had a fabulous time. Thanks for letting us use your home."

  • A magnificent location on Kauai

"We could not have asked for more with what this condo provided us. We had all of the comforts of home, and plenty of room for us and our two young adult children to spread out. The condo is not on the beach, but it is about a half mile walk in either direction to get to either Shipwreck or Poipu beach. The surf was quite rough, but Poipu Beach was sheltered enough to allow for easy swimming and snorkeling. We spent a week on Maui before coming here, and found this to be very different. The snorkeling was easier on Maui but we were still able to enjoy it at Poipu beach. We even saw Sea Turtles and Monk seals on the beach there.. We spent more time on Kauai hiking and exploring the beauty of the island. Everything is so green and it seems like every plant has the most beautiful flowers. There were beautiful walking paths right from the condo, but we also went to Waimea Canyon and the North side of the island too. The condo was immaculately clean and had everything provided we could want. It was nice to have the cooler to bring with us for our day trips. The Muth's were so easy to deal with and did everything they could think of to help us plan our trip and make everything easy. We were very happy with our choice to stay here. Steve and Suzanne."
