  • Will Rent It Again!

"Right on the greenbelt, extremely comfortable, we had a ball. We have rented a dozen or so homes and condos around Poipu over the years. This trip we were only 4, my two daughters, my wife and myself. This house was certainly larger than we needed but just had everything we could have wanted. The location doesn't get any better, minutes walk from multiple beaches, a quiet street with friendly neighbors. Sonya the owner was wonderful to deal with, we will rent this place again, probably bringing 6 of us the next time, though it seems like the place would have no trouble comfortably accommodating 8."

  • Nice condo for the money

"My husband and I vacationed here with our two grown children. The condo was nice and roomy with the exception of a tiny 2nd bedroom. We had hoped we could return with another couple but it is not suitable for two couples. The master bedroom and bath are very spacious while the other bedroom is very small and it's bathroom is down the hall by the front door. The very well stocked toy cupboard was very much appreciated with umbrella, coolers, snorkels, beach chairs etc... The kitchen was well equipped with lots of spices and condiments, a nice change from some other properties we have rented in Poipu that don't even include salt and pepper! The lanai faces the setting sun and is very very hot in the late afternoon. There is an awning but it is locked and only for the owners. There was an umbrella stand so we used the beach umbrella for some shade, but it was a little crowded under the umbrella for four of us in the afternoon, sitting inside was not an option for us but the sun sets early so only a minor annoyance. Also, the pictures shown are a bit deceiving as they show the bedrooms being airy and full of light . However the windows face the parking lot so you must keep the blinds down all the time, not a huge problem but something to note. Also, the sprinklers go off every night and happen to spray the lanai but they only stay on for 10 minutes so it is a minor nuisance only. The pool was very close, lots of people use it but it is quiet in the evenings, just the usual noises associated with people on holidays and the happy laughter of children having fun. I would recommend this property, it is well located, close to the great beaches and walking paths. Chad the manger was great in replying quickly when I first inquired and the check in worked exactly as stated. For the money it is great value."

  • Stay at this condo! (Just not when I go back! :) )

"We LOVED our stay at this property in Poipu. The condo is well-kept and well-appointed: all the things you need to make your stay comfortable are here! If you're set to go to south side of Kauai, this is the place. It's quiet, peaceful, and comfy. The location is amazing. It's walkable to the beach and a longer walk or short drive to restaurants and shopping. We saw at least 20 turtles and 3 Hawaiian monk seals right there on our walks. We loved Anuenue Cafe for breakfast just down the street. There's a Longs Drugstore nearby, too. And Lappert's ice cream, if that's important to you. We were active on the island (walking, hiking, kayaking, surfing) and this was the perfect place for us. We were able to sleep well, enjoy coffee on the lanai, pack our lunches, and get going for the day. When we got back at the end of the day, it was like coming home and relaxing. I highly recommend this property- we'll be back!"

  • Best location EVER!

"My family of 5 stayed at this unit over spring break in March 2016, and we are sure happy we did! Directly across from the ocean (about 20 steps) and the crashing waves will lull you to sleep every night. The unit itself is very well cared for, clean, updated very nicely, and simply the best location in the entire complex. The salt water pool is steps away, and the best beach ever is in front of the Sheraton, just a 5 minute walk. The sunsets are spectacular from either of the two lanais. Full kitchen, dining, laundry, etc. You won't need anything else. Both suites are upstairs with their own bathrooms. There is also a bathroom on the main level. My wife and I had our 3 children ages 14, 12, and 11 and we all had the time of our lives. Boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach toys are all included. Shopping and eating establishments are all a short walk away as well. I won't ever stay at a hotel again. We arrived at the airport, grabbed the rental car, stopped at Costco for groceries, drove to the condo, unpacked, and hit the beach. We cooked breakfast and dinner at the condo, but ate out for lunch. That'll save you a bunch of cash. Cam, the owner of this unit is the best, and he follows through on answering any questions or concerns immediately. Super service, super location. You'll be happy you stayed at this exact unit. It'll be a dream vacation! I can't see anything being better than this."
