"Thank you Greg and Shelley, Wonderful accommodations! The condo was beautiful, comfortable, clean and well equipped. . Poipu Sands is a beautiful complex, and the surroundings breath taking. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our 30th anniversary. We hope to revisited, and recommend highly."

  • Our Perfect Getaway Condo!

"This condo in Poipu Sands has stolen my heart! Where to begin? This was so much more than we expected...it was our home away from home. I miss it so! The condo is perfectly located with amazing ocean views. Just a nice little walk and you're at the Hyatt and beach where there were always many surfers to watch. The master bedroom was super comfie with a lovely huge shower which was fantastic! And the breezes that would flow through the condo...just lovely. No A/C needed. Just perfect. Our morning would start with coffee out on the deck with the sun rising and end each evening out on the deck with a nice cocktail. We were treated to a fantastic fireworks display by the Hyatt and we had the best seats in the house-wow! The condo is perfectly located with all the many shops and restaurants nearby and Hanapepe Town with their many art galleries. You will love this spot! It was so cozy and just felt like home. I have to mention Jan who was super attentive and just wonderful to us. We highly recommend this vacation rental and have marked it as one of our favorites. We hope to return again very soon. Thank you Jan!"

  • excellent condo in perfect location

"Marilyn's place was exactly what we were looking for during our week in Poipu. The condo is very clean, we loved spending time on the deck looking at the pool and ocean, and having the doors open at night with the winds blowing through was awesome. The location was truly spectacular with an easy walk to Shipwrecks and a bit longer, but just as easy, walk to Brennecke's for sunsets and restaurant/bar options. Best part was how easy Marilyn was to work with. Thanks so much! All in all a great place."

  • Excellent Green Belt Condo With Ocean Views!

"My wife and 2 kids had a great stay at Poipu Sands Condo #312. The condo is in a GREAT location for kids to play on the green belt, easy access to pool and Shipwreck's Beach a short walk away. The condo is updated with a new dishwasher, and easy washer and dryer so you don't go home with dirty clothes. The kitchen is well stocked with basic necessities, a blender for morning smoothies, and a Cuisinart coffee maker to brew fresh Kauai coffee (the BEST in the world IMO) before you start the day!. This is a one bedroom unit, and we had 2 adults and 2 young children who slept on the sofa bed. They kids complained about the older, wired mattress (probably not used very often with couples) so we bought a portable blowup mattress which we left there for future use. The owner was nice enough to reimburse us for the mattress and even fixed a broken bathroom curtain pole within the first 2 days of our trip! The caring owner sent us everything we'd need to arrive at the condo: directions, lockbox code, etc. Again, this location is AMAZING!! Right next door to the beautiful Hyatt, Shipwreck's Beach, and a short drive to the beaches of Poipu! Enjoy the wonderful time yo'u'll have in Kauai, and stay in this comfortable place from which to plan your adventures! Thinks to do: Waimea Canyon Kayak the Kilauea River on Sunday (go to the Indian Village to rent and you'll not have the crowds at Secret Falls and the Fern Grotto!) Surf at Waiohai Beach and Shipwreck's Beach Have dinner at Roy's and/or Beach House watching the surf Drive to Princeville to hike into Ke'e Beach Hike into Queen's Bath up in Princeville Tubing with Backcountry Adventures And MANY MORE!!"
