  • Good value with a surprising view

"Stayed for a meeting at the Hyatt. Very convenient to the meeting. Condo has everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. Great view and nice grounds. Managers were great and offered to relocate us or to have a discount due to construction near by."

  • I was impressed with this condo from the first moment I walked through the door. It is beautiful!

"The condo is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has everything I needed to prepare meals. Plenty of towels and other amenities. The property is beautiful as well. The grounds are well kept, pool is really nice, BBQ area great to use. I have to say that stay here was so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again. And the location can not be beat. Close to beach and walking/hiking trails as well as shopping and restaurants. This is definitely a little piece of paradise."

  • Wonderful Time in Kauai

"Our vacation was great due in no small part to staying at this very nice place with everything you will need and central to most everything. It is accurately depicted in the listing overview. No A/C which concerned us at first but believe me there was no need with the breezes and overhead fans. When Kathy says to watch the speeds (photo radar), take heed as we saw them everywhere. The grounds around the Grand Hyatt next door are nice to stroll through day or night. Kathy leaves plenty of local info for you to peruse. Our only regret is that someone already booked the unit for next year in our time slot. Really nice things to do are: Kalalau lookout and Waimea Canyon of course, hiking along the Mahaulepu Heritage trail past Shipwreck beach until you reach the sinkhole and tortoise farm (takes 1.5 hrs one-way counting stops for pics), Kauai coffee plantation, Kilo Hana plantation for Koloa rum tasting, the cute town of Hanalei stopping at Wailua Falls and Kilauea lighthouse along the way, and continuing to the Maniniholo Dry Caves along the winding and one lane bridges road, everything at no cost except for your gas. Favorite eating places were: Rum Fire rest. just down the road (great food and free valet pkg) but get a 6pm reserve so as to see the sunset; Gaylords for lunch with the Kilo Hana Plantation setting (wonderful); Shrimp Station in Waimea for a great casual lunch and best mango smoothie next door; Brennecke's for lunch (very good food with great Mai Tai's) and Koloa Deli in town for very fresh and tasty lunch. Other places are: Pizzetta (good), La Spezia (felt it was expensive for what you got), and Beach House (also good with $3 valet pkg). When eating at home, Big Save in town is surprisingly no more expensive and many times cheaper than Safeway."
