  • Great place to stay!

"Our family of 5 adults and 1 toddler enjoyed our stay in this home in January/February 2017! Although we had some issues with the wifi, Ron and Sonya were very accommodating and worked on fixing it right away. The home is in a great location, with a short walk to the green belt and the Hyatt. We loved the space and the home perfectly suited our needs. We would love to come back to stay here again some day!"

  • Perfect unit in perfect location

"This corner unit condo on the third floor over looking the ocean near Poipu Beach has been recently renovated and has plenty of amenities for our vacation. We could walk to town or along the coastal trail and drive to the west or north sides in a reasonable time. The unit had plenty of kitchenware, washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs, a nice patio set and decent internet. We watched the whales and New Years Eve fireworks from the balcony. Lovely place to stay."

  • Good value, great stay. Kahala 123 at Poipu Kai

"The good: Location is good. Easy walk to beach (5 mins), a few places to eat (Brennecke's, Kal Joe's). Nice view, can see ocean in distance, lot of tropical flora all around. Great flowers right in area. Good airflow in unit, quite comfy. Unit was very clean. Unit is quite large for 1 bedroom. We comfortably had some guests over. Unit was well furnished. Kitchen was well stocked. We liked the décor. Rental process and details were well explained and laid out; easy to manage. Some coolers, chairs, towels and guidebooks maps were there. Upstairs neighbors, we could hardly hear anything. Parking was so close and convenient, with large spaces (assigned per unit), down the stairs and just 10 feet to car. The whatever: Roosters - You're on Kauai. Unless you pay for a place up super high or somehow out of the way/over an ocean cliff, they're usually around. :-) Bedroom could have some road noise, didn't really bother us. There is a flight of stairs, no problem for us at all. Cons: The pool - Pool was nice, hot tub too. The pool could be noisy at times. Not usually a problem for us, except noisy kids at sunset and beyond. We were aware before we rented the unit per other reviews. Not ideal but not a big problem. The living room furniture might look a little old to some; we found it fine and very comfy and clean. The bed had a mattress topper that was a little too soft and didn't seem to stay on the mattress. It was okay though. For the price, time of year (just after Christmas), we thought this was a great spot and a great value. The unit was nicer and cleaner than I would have guessed (very nice, very clean). The little imperfections we were aware of and they weren't a bother. We would stay again for sure."

  • Amazing View

"The Nani Kai location is amazing, very private and beautiful views. The seawall was popular to many tourists and locals to watch the sunset, while staying in the home you get the exclusivity of enjoying it in your own lawn. The home had 3 bedrooms with 2 queen and 1 king bed, 2200 sq ft was perfect for enough space for about 6 to 8 people. I was there from 9/27 - 10/3 and the total cost was $3600, included the cleaning fees. About $600/night. Highly recommend, Parrish collection was a delight to work with and the home was clean. I love the washer/dryer and remember there are plenty of things left behind from previous guests, I recommend brining your own spices for cooking. Also don't forget the rooftop views of the stars, enjoy! Mahalo!"
