  • Beautiful, clean and very comfortable

"We had six adults and we all loved this condo. it's so nice that each couple has their own bathroom and the bedrooms were quiet and very comfortable. At night we left the doors open (screens closed) and listened to the wind through the palm trees. It was very soothing. We also cooked every night and it was wonderful to have a well stocked kitchen. As others have said, the beach is a 5-7 minute walk down the path to the left as you exit the condo and past the tennis courts. So convenient! I swam every morning in the pool that is right next to the condo. There is also a jacuzzi and they were both very clean/well kept. I would love to come back here ANYTIME!"

  • Well maintained - great location!

"This condo was perfect for the 4 of us (2 couples). We had a rental car, but only used it to explore the island - everything we needed was within walking distance. We saved a lot of money by having meals at the condo, and we found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. With the bedrooms downstairs, it was nice to be able to start the day without waking everyone else up. And 2 bathrooms was a lifesaver. Air conditioning is scarce on the island, but with all the ceiling fans and sliders we stayed cool & comfortable. Plenty of beach gear & towels were provided. Thanks Tracey - you're a great host!"

  • You get to enjoy everything!

"My husband, 4 yo daughter and mother very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The space works very well and allowed everyone to spread out and have their downtime (balcony, living room, bedrooms, pool or beach). The condo is very clean and functions well. It's on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 3 story condo complex with ample parking. We enjoyed the view of the greenbelt from the living room and peekaboo ocean view from the balcony. It allowed for many nice morning coffees. We also observed gardeners working away on the grounds everyday. During our stay there was a constant lulling breeze through the condo. The condo has lots of beach gear: towels, chairs, mats, snorkeling gear (lots of flippers), an umbrella, boogie boards (we used the latter two). We also got to enjoy the heated pool nearby. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer, especially after a couple beach trips. Wifi was great too. For dads and moms of little ones, I noticed: graco pack-n-play, safety 1st booster seat w/ tray, baby spoons, a baby bowl. The upstairs master bath tub is of the large type and the lower level bath has a shower; both have hand-held spray nozzles. The location is AWESOME. We enjoyed walking to Shipwreck Beach and two lovely meals at the Grand Hyatt (note, they do not allow day use of pools during peak times). Sunset and starlit night walks are unforgettable! It was also such a quick drive to Poipu Shopping Village (Starbucks, Cafe Anuenue) and Kukui'ula Village Shopping Center ($$$ restaurants and mid-high end shopping, gourmet grocery store, big Longs Drugs). We also had a couple meals in Old Koloa Town (Pizzetta, La Spezia, nice shops). From this condo, it was easy to enjoy Baby Beach (our favorite), and Poipu Beach Park. All of these were just a few minutes easy drive away. This was our first and longest stay in Kauai (5 nights). We made a day trip out of Waimea Canyon from here; very easy, I recommend enjoying a nice breakfast before heading out, unless food trucks are must-do for you. (Our next leg we stayed in Princeville (2 nights), enjoying a stop in Lihue for lunch, a stop for Wailua Falls and a stop for Opaekaa Falls on the way.) We're very happy having done this itinerary, and mostly from this condo; we got to enjoy SO much of the south shore! Thanks to Kay and Bill for a enjoyable stay and unforgettable family vacation!"

"Whether you're looking to relax or have a base camp for tropical adventures, #5 hits the mark. Our stay was a dream. This was actually our second time booking with the owner, the first time was our honeymoon - we had such an amazing time we had to come back. We did a bit of everything - from surfing and hiking to relaxing on the beach and having a drink. The unit is secluded from the rest of the condos, and is feet from the beach - the sound of surf at night lulls you to sleep. Besides the amazing location, details such as a high quality mattress (a must on our vacations) and a gourmet kitchen make it feel like a second home. The owner shared great tips both times that made us feel like locals, from the farmers market to great local spots to eat/hang out."
