  • Beautiful and perfect!

"We returned again for another wonderful stay. There truly is nothing wanting in this location. It is perfectly situated with access to various beaches, walks, and the Grand Hyatt and yet secluded enough to be peaceful and quiet. The house is beautifully decorated and always is exceptionally well kept. The gardens provide three different sitting areas depending on the time of day and how much sun you want to enjoy. The front entry is terrific for morning coffee and watching the clouds come over the mountains. The patio off the kitchen is the place to eat all your meals ( I doubt we've ever eaten inside!)..and then the pool is the perfect spot for a swim, sun and a cocktail. We've enjoyed many rental properties, a number of them on Kauai and this is easily the nicest and best. Thanks Gary & Sara!"

  • Amazing location!!

"My family recently stayed at this condo for 8 nights (May 2016) and had a wonderful visit. This condo is not fancy, but it was very clean and both the regular bed and the pull out were very comfortable. The condo was well equipped with dishes, cooking tools, spices, blankets and beach towels (2). The condo also has snorkel gear (fins fit only very large feet), a boogie board (1 and the tether was broken so it was unusable) and extra beach chairs. We can't emphasize enough how wonderful this location is and having a ground floor unit that we could just walk out the back glass door to see sunrises, surfers, turtles and sunsets was so wonderful for us. The location has perfect views out the back windows all day long and when open provide a nice ocean breeze that cools down the condo quickly. Lawai beach is a minute walk away for sunning, swimming, surfing, or snorkeling. It's a tad rocky so getting in and out of surf can be a bet tricky, but it was great for snorkeling as we saw multitudes of colorful fish and sea turtles. (We did have to share the beach one day with a very lazy monk seal). Riptide shaved ice is right across from the beach access (where you should go into the water for least resistance!). The condo is located perfectly on the island as Spouting Horn and Allerton Botanical Gardens are a 5 minute drive away, Poipu Beach is a 5 minute drive away, shopping and multiple dinner locations are within 3 minutes drive. Waimea Canyon is 30 minutes west and Princeville is 1 hour north and east! And driving back into Lihue (or getting to the condo from the airport) took about 20 minutes (with traffic). Hope to visit again and we would certainly look to stay here again anytime!"

  • Oceanfront Condo is Amazing!!!

"My daughters and I stayed for 8 days and we didn't want to leave. The condo is well stocked, so very comfortable and the owners have provided everything including beach chairs and umbrella! Watch turtles play in the ocean - surfers every morning and late afternoon. Sunsets are gorgeous and the ocean breeze flows through the entire condo. We've been visiting Kauai for many years and we loved this condo. The view is beyond spectacular and we plan to go back next year!!"

  • Small Condo with Eveything you Need!

"We had a wonderful time staying at the Prince Kuhio Resort! We took full advantage of all of the amenities provided - the location was really convenient, the pool was the perfect temperature, the covered parking garage came in very handy, and the AC made the condo exceptionally comfortable! We had a lovely stay and appreciate your hospitality very much!"
