  • Relaxation at it's finest

"The Blue Lotus was as advertised and we enjoyed a wonderful week. After staying here for the first week, than going to Princeville, we wished we would have stayed the whole 2 weeks right here. The house was spotless and had everything you could think of. Loved the outdoor shower and the clothes line to hang your suits. Walking across the smooth grass to the beach for a beautiful sunset and a cold beverage was a perfect way to end the day. One day we were just sitting on the comfortable front chairs, enjoying a great breeze when a gentleman came by on a horse, he stopped and talked for a while just making sure everything was good, just being friendly, and that the way this side of the Island is. Loved every moment of our stay."

  • Peaceful vacation

"I absolutely love the Laguna Beach Home! It was like having my own private beach! The sunset views were amazing! There is a road in front of the house but I never noticed it much! I slept with the doors open! I could hear the ocean and feel the breeze. I highly recommend staying here! The manager is awesome to work with! Thank you Scott!"

  • Perfect family vacation on Kauai

"We just arrived home from staying in this lovely rental for two weeks with our daughter, son-in-law, and two young grandsons. The location was absolutely perfect for attending our family reunion held nearby, and for enjoying the July 4th celebration with fireworks in the park. The hands down favorite feature of the house is the second floor lanai. Waking up to the sound of waves, enjoying coffee and meals at the large table, waving to the passing boats and watching sunsets were our favorite activities. Second favorite feature are the spacious and fabulous bathrooms. Street noise from cars driving by wasn't an issue for us after the second day. With a million dollar view, who even notices the cars? The location is very close to Port Allen for dinner and snorkeling cruises, Salt Pond Park, and it's a quick 3 miles to Waimea for JoJo's Shave Ice, Ishihara's, Big Save, and more. We highly recommend trying Lappert's ice cream a few miles away in Hanapepe where all the art galleries are located. Having a washer and dryer was great and enabled us to pack lighter. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed when we decided to eat in. Tip: there's a small local market across the parking lot from the post office on Kekaha Road that has the best poke on the island. We met several neighbors who were super friendly. There are a few minor maintenance issues that need attention and the beds could do with new pillows, but overall this is a fantastic vacation rental."

  • Most wonderful vacation ever

"This vacation has been a long time dream that was put into motion in early 2015. We had searched for island rentals and found this wonderful gem that was the perfect place to spend the second week of our time in paradise. Although the beach is not for swimming, it is a beautiful brown sand and you are right there for the sea breeze and the surf to put you to sleep at night. Walking the beach was great, watching the whales, and taking walks to the main street of Waimea to stroll through the shops or get lunch at a local restaurant was enjoyable. Great ice cream shop too. We would not hesitate to return to this island and this wonderful home away from home."
