  • Our Winter Retreat....again!

"Ditto to everything I said last year and even more! This year we had some of our best friends with us, and they were "in awe" with the beautiful view we had from the lanai. They didn't think they would be getting up early, but after the beautiful sunrise the first morning they changed their minds. They were on the lanai even before I got up. As many times as we've stayed in Maalaea we saw more whales and turtles tha ever of the main reasons we go during the winter months. This condo has everything you could ask for and the best view on the island. Anne is delight to talk with and so helpful in answering all of your questions. We're already looking at dates for next year and plan to stay at Anne and Mac's condo again...for the third time! If you want to read last year's review take a look at "Our Winter Retreat" from Carolyn J. It's just another day in paradise! Thanks again Anne and Mac!"

  • Very nice. Centrally located. Has everything you need.

"The condo was the perfect size. It contained everything you need. Just bring food and bathing suit. Very clean. Centrally located. Airport, Costco, Wallmart, 15 minutes away. You can walk to the Harbor and catch a boat to Molikini, Fishing, or just Sailing. Condo manager was so helpful."

  • Very lucky to find this Gem!

"Had booked a condo in south Kihei where We usually stay and two weeks after booking We were notified by the owner that the condo was in escrow. Decided to cancel and look elsewhere and somehow ended up looking in North Kihei and found Sugar Beach Resort. Wow, a beachfront condo for not much more! Loved this condo and location! Sugar Beach area is so quiet compared to South Kihei and the centralized location made Maui travel much easier. I definitely recommend this unit and Alii resorts are the best for Your stay! My only complaint is the stove which I think may have come over with the first Missionaries. The burners had a mind of their own so I would have to put My hand over them to find which one was working on a particular day. Other than that everything was perfect!! So nice cooking meals at the kitchen counter while looking out at the beautiful view!! Staying in and eating Our meals on the Lanai was more fun than going out! Oh yeah if You do go out don't miss the Willie K show at the King Kamehameha golf course. Great food, Great music!!! Also plan a morning paddle with the Maui outrigger canoe club down the beach, and be sure and rent SUP boards from the activity center right there at the resort. Can see beautiful coral and fish just a short paddle to the right of the Resort. Will definitely be back to Sugar beach!!"
