  • Love this place!

"Went well above our expectations, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Fabulous location, easy access to the rest of the island. Really appreciate all the extras like beach equipment, pool toys, cooler etc. Then there were the flowers everywhere! Hope they have more than 1 place because I plan to recommend them to anyone else coming to Maui."

  • Mary's Maui Condo

"I wanted to write a review to help those who are trying to decide where to stay while in Maui. I write this review without hesitation and recommend Mary's condo in Wailuku for all of the following reasons. Mary's condo is centrally located tucked in a very quite complex just a few steps from the ocean. The condo is a second floor unit overlooking the pool and beautiful Pacific Ocean complete with all the amenities of home. Mary worked very hard to make the condo comfortable with updates appliances, a beautiful kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with plenty of space to move around, you can't help but feel relaxed. When it's time to venture out, the condo is a short drive to all of the wonderful attractions which make Maui such a wonderful place. Lahaina, Kihei, Wailea, the road to Hana, Haleakala, or wherever else you may want to go. The condo is quite, comfortable, and very much worth making Mary's condo your destination while visiting this magical place. I have stayed there three years running and look forward to next September/October when I return. You will know where to find me."

  • Perfect location and unit!

"We loved our stay in unit #311! Sugar Beach condos are located just 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from great restaurants and groceries. Unit #311 has a great ocean view and is steps from the pool and beach. The unit had everything you could possibly need- boogie boards, beach umbrellas, comfy beach chairs, even sand toys and snorkels! The property manager, Deborah goes above and beyond to make sure you have anything you might need and gave us the best beach advice. We have been to Maui no fewer than 15 times and Deborah sent us to a beach that we had never visited before and we will be sure to go back every time we visit Maui. We normally stay at a high end hotel chain in Wailea and while that is a fun place to visit, condo #311 at Sugar Beach is way more convenient and we will definitely be back next year! If I could make one suggestion for the unit I would request a few more hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, but this literally the only thing I would suggest to improve. We love #311 and are so thankful we found this gem in Kihei!"

  • Nice Cozy Condo

"This condo is nestled nicely away from the more busy area of the complex (away from the pool area). The condo is very clean and well kept. The appliances are in good working order. The drier especially does a great job. Comfortable bed. The pullout bed of course is not built for comfort so do not expect much if you have to use the extra pull out bed. The view and access to the beach is amazing. I would recommend that if you want to go in the ocean with a nice bathing suit, sugar beach is not the place to do it. It is called sugar beach for a reason. the fine grains of sand get lodged in the fabric. All the same it is a beautiful part of Kihei to walk along a long stretch of gorgeous beaches. The location of the complex is ideal for those who want use the place a jump off point to the various parts of the island and just fix yourself in the tourist areas. My only problem we had with the stay was that the front desk informed us that quarterly they spray and lay traps for vermin at the same time our stay was. We have a little one and if we had known we would have scheduled around that rather than potentially expose her to insecticides. I would recommend that the owners be aware of that and be proactive in letting renters know as we had to manage the situation to stop them from coming into the condo until our stay was over. If this is a concern ask so you can plan around it."
