  • A garden paradise close to the ocean & pool

"This beautifully decorated condo was comfortable yet beach-elegant. It definitely had a feel of being someone's home vs. a perpetual rental. There were notes about taking off shoes and being careful not to stain area rugs. Remember to bring some socks to walk around in. I'd say it's not a place to have young children and spills. The location in the development is really desirable. It is one of the closest units to the ocean (altho' you get just a peek thru' the trees the grounds are very beautifully maintained). The quiet pools in the development were not heated but a great place for adults to lay out and read. The community pool allows children, is heated, and overlooks the beach. There is lots of shade and fabulous breezes around the pool. The location in Kehei is so convenient to the Wailea Shops & restaurants and hotel/resorts to the south and to a more neighborhood vibe just to the north. The pop up cabana, chairs, goggles, and boogie boards in the closet were terrific and helped make our beach experience complete. Tip: get to the beach early in the day as the wind picks up around noon...or at least it did in mid October every day. Thank you Kathi for offering your beautiful piece of paradise and being so easy to work with."

  • Cozy and clean condo

"This condo is in a quiet neighborhood that's conveniently located in Kihei, steps away from beach. The kitchen and three decent size bedrooms, one of which has four bunk beds, made our stay (eight of us) very comfortable. When we had trouble getting into the house upon arrival as we misunderstood the instructions, the owner was patient on the phone helping us get in. The house is well maintained. However, one main light bulb in one of the two bathrooms went out on the first night and the owner asked us to go to a store to buy one and replace it ourselves, which is the last thing any vacationer wants to do when they travel from afar to Maui, so we had to live with the situation for the rest of our stay. The extra towels are very helpful and are appreciated."

  • Great Condo! Loved the central location.

"We truly loved the unit we stayed in. Everything was nicely remodeled, the unit was clean and well stocked. Only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because we could hear the tenants upstairs, dragging their chairs and walking heavily. Luckily it was never during the quiet hours. We will stay here again in the future."

  • Comfortable condo in a very convenient location. Would stay here again on our next visit.

"Comfortable, cozy, well appointed and remodeled 1bed condo with a stunning beach view and access to its own private sandy beach which is frequented by giant sea turtles. Located right near a beach park, a supermarket, maui fish market, slappy jacks and much more. just hop on honoapuilani highway a block away and you are a few minutes fron napuli, kapalua, kaanapali, and lahaina. best part of all is its gorgeous ocean view, hottub, pool, and private sandy beach. We had 4 sea turtles climb onto the beach during our week long stay. that was just awesome. Beautiful, huge prehistoric creatures right in front of you. The unit is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your trip on the island. Fabulous remodeled kitchen, murphy bed near the lanais, and an elegantly decorated unit overall. This is the best place my family and I have stayed in our 3 visits to the island."
