  • The difference...

"Trying to find that perfect condo? Look no further. My wife and I stayed 15 days and loved it!! Pat, the owner, made our stay feel like we were family. The king size bed was perfect after a day on the beach. There's tv's, a ceiling fan, full kitchen with all the dishes you could want, washer and dryer, lanai with furniture and beach items for everyone. The view is breath taking, with sunsets like a postcard. The only sound you hear are the waves on the beach, and my wife telling me we have to come back again. Thank you Pat for allowing us to stay at your vacation home."

  • Very Nice Condo

"I've stayed at Aina Nalu in the past, in one of the upper level, two bedroom units, and I must say that I liked this unit much better. It is a lower level, one bedroom unit in a small building near the front of the property, basically a four plex. It was much quieter than the larger units, and we had much more privacy. The unit itself is nicely furnished and very clean. It has everything you could need for a brief stay. The king size bed was very comfortable, with high quality linens throughout. The bathroom was spacious, and it is so nice to have a washer/dryer right in the unit for keeping up with laundry. There was an abundance of towels, making it nice for a longer stay. Everything worked well for us, including AC, appliances, and entertainment features. The unit is very well maintained, and the furnishings seem relatively new and in good condition. Aina Nalu itself is in a very convenient location, within an easy walk to shops and restaurants in Lahaina, and an easy drive to other locations. There are two pools in this complex, a small pool and a larger pool, both close enough to this unit to make it a quick walk, but far enough away so that you aren't bothered by the noise of people using the pool late at night. There is plenty of parking, but you will need to pay $20 per day to park in the complex. There is a cheaper parking lot across the street for only $10 per day, but we liked the safety and convenience of having our car right out front of our unit. We spent two nights on Lanai, and it was nice to know that the car was safe while we were gone. The owners of this condo were very responsive to all of our questions. They kept us informed of issues going on while we were there (e.g. a fire alarm test), and made sure that our every need was being met. We will definitely use this same unit in the future."

  • Great House for family vacation

"This house was clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed. The beach was right across the way. I really appreciated the winds that blew each afternoon, like nature's air conditioning. The house had its own air conditioning which we only used for part of the day. The multiple ceiling fans did a great job keeping us cool too. The property was beautifully landscaped and well kept. We were lucky enough to get a couple of home grown coconuts from the gardener. Spacious rooms, lovely kitchen. Mike and Cecelia were wonderful hosts, easy to get a hold of and very caring. We would definitely recommend this home for a family vacation."

  • Great Studio in Wailea

"My husband and I stayed here March 2016. I'm not sure why the previous renter was so disappointed. The listing clearly states (with photos) that the unit is a studio with a kitchenette. Not too noisy, it is a condo, not a private residence. It was great to be able to have breakfast daily and a few simple meals. BBQ is close. Bathroom is large and the new bed was really comfortable! Great to have access to laundry. Air conditioner is a bonus-we didn't use. Well kept property, close to everything in Wailea, can walk from condo to shops, beach and restaurants, although it's nice to have a car to explore Maui. If you want full 5 star, book a room without kitchenette at the Four Seasons for $600/night. This condo is, as described and the best deal for anywhere in Wailea. With the money we saved, we were able to go out for a few very nice meals!"
