  • Nice place with a pride of ownership

"Even though the property is older, there is a nice feel to this place. Always someone maintaining the place daily. Our unit was very nice being on the corner and we were very comfortable sharing with another couple without it being intrusive. The unit also had plenty of ocean toys, chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, but bring a blow dryer if you need one. Laundry facilities on every floor. I loved hearing the wind and ocean. And I found the pool right below to be very nice. I loved watching the different people and families having fun and the BBQ area was tidy and we had fun meeting people there while cooking. I would definitely stay here again."

  • Dianne P. Victoria, B.C.

"This is a great property. Very comfortable. Every amenity, including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Lovely grounds. Fabulous sunsets. Close to grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. Lots of parking. Great welcome from Martha, property manager as well as farewell. Could not ask for anything more."

  • Two weeks in paradise in a great condo

"Suffice it to say, we had a wonderful time in Maui and in this third floor condo. It is located in Kihei about 20 minutes south of the Kahalui airport in a relatively quiet area. It is situated across some grass about 300 feet from the ocean. There are no roads in between so you really are on the beach. We had clear, unobstructed views of the Pacific from both the lanai and the bedroom. The picture above is exactly what you see. It is centrally located so that pretty much anything of interest is within 30 minutes other than the drive to Hana and Haleakela. In other words, the condo proved to be the best "hub" for our two weeks in Maui. You owe it to yourself to try Mama's Fish House in Paia (take your wallet), the Old Lahaina Luau and the Maui Tropical Plantation restaurant but we also went to Safeway and Costco to buy food so we could eat in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The snorkelling equipment should probably be updated (you can also buy it at Costco or rent it for a few dollars) but otherwise everything was entirely satisfactory, and the laundry room is just down the hall. We did not hear any noise from any other condos so our stay there was completely peaceful. A small minority of guests also had children but they were no trouble at all. There is an elevator for those who want/need it. Marilyn was more than flexible when we needed to reschedule our arrival and departure times because of Air Canada cancelling our outgoing and return flights. :-( Not happy about that! She even gave us a day for free when she obviously did not have to. We were entirely happy with our stay and our very positive contacts with Marilyn. We do not hesitate to recommend this condo.
