  • Gorgeous home and view - one drawback

"We had such an amazing time at this lovely home. It was fully stocked and really didn't miss a beat. The view and location is close to perfection. The only drawback was there is no air conditioning. We were there during a pretty hot and humid week and during the day it was almost unbearable. I just wish I had known this ahead of time as my parents are in their 70's and it was difficult for them. They provide many fans, but it was still really sticky :( Other than that, lovely stay and hospitality."

  • Exactly what Maui is supposed to be!

"We needed to get away from our rainy season and had never been to Maui so weren't sure what to expect. Lyn & Norris's condo was perfect. They are both so nice making sure you have plenty of information in advance to make your Maui vacation whatever you intend. We assumed Maui was all about relaxing but we also like a bit of adventure. We were happy to have plenty of both. The condo is in a great location for exploring all parts of the island, yet apart from the hustle bustle crowds of the big resorts. Quiet, tropical setting, right on the beach, awesome pool and facilities, and it's so fun to join in the conch-blowing at sunset! The layout of the condo is comfortable with good flow and has everything you could need for cooking, going to the beach, or just relaxing at home. Really it was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Lyn & Norris!"

  • Couldn't have asked for better.

"We stayed for one week at this condo on our recent trip to Maui. The condo came with everything necessary to enjoy our down time when we weren't out adventuring. It also included a few useful items for when we were out and about, an umbrella, beach chairs, a snorkel set, and a boogie board. This unit is on the ground level which made for EXTREMELY easy beach access to a stretch of sand that was not over crowded, very private and peaceful. It was great to be able to walk out the sliding door and directly to the water where we were able to swim with the sea turtles. The complex offered shuffle board, tennis, a pool, and a hot tub, all of which were well maintained. It was a quite stay with helpful staff when needed for any type of information about the island. The owner was also extremely friendly, and quick to answer any questions we had. It is located in a spot that made it easy for us to explore the entire island. It is walking distance from a local daily farmers market/craft fair, and only a short drive to tons of local restaurants and shopping centers. We honestly couldn't have asked for better accommodations on our trip. We hope to visit the island again and will most definitely try to reserve this condo again if it is available."

  • Wonderful condo in beautiful location

"We really loved staying at Brenda's condo, it was extremely well stocked and nicely furnished with everything one might need for a comfortable and cozy stay. We were greeted by fresh flowers and Hawaiian chocolates when we arrived. Brenda was wonderful about communicating everything necessary with us. The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of good restaurants, breakfast places, coffee shops and beach parks nearby. The beach directly in front of the property is lovely- a secluded little tropical paradise. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning with a view of the ocean. The property itself is very well-maintained with a beautiful pool, much nicer than staying at a larger resort. We can't wait to stay here again! The only caveat was that there was a lot of maintenance work going on on the property that we weren't aware of before renting- we bought fish to grill but the barbeques weren't functioning because the gas had been turned off. One day the water was shut off. There were renovations going on in the apartment next to us and there was loud maintenance work on the lawn outside of our apartment. And one morning we woke to pounding on our door and when we went to answer there was a note shoved under the door from the property management demanding we remove the 2 beach towels drying on the balcony railing. I found this totally inappropriate- there are certainly nicer ways to enforce those types of property regulations! I hope the maintenance things were just bad luck and we would still recommend staying here, but it did curtail a little bit of our enjoyment of the place during our stay."
