  • Dream home away from home!!

"My husband and I rented this house for just the 2 of us as a honeymoon/anniversary/vacation retreat and our first time visiting Hawaii. We wanted to pretend for a week that we lived in our own house and this property was perfect!!! The sunsets were beautiful, the spa was refreshing and relaxing, the bed was comfortable, the window air conditioning was great on those humid days. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary equipment so that we could cook our own meals when we felt like staying in. It was great to come home to after going out and having an adventure. I REALLY recommend this house for your stay in Maui. My only complaint is that the back yard is not very private. It gets kind of busy with neighbors and beach goers constantly walking through it rather than using the beach or their own pathways. But other than that, we could not have been more happy!!! Thank you Bryce & Beebe!!!! We would love to come back someday!!!!"

  • Fabulous home close to everything Kihei has to offer!

"This place was fantastic! Our party of 7 was here for 2 weeks and this place had more than enough room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The house was very well maintained. The kitchen and appliances were top notch and included everything you could possibly imagine (pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, high end smaller appliances, etc.). There were also a lot of "extras" left behind from prior guests (like spices, plastic bags, etc.) which kept us from having to buy a bunch of extra stuff when we arrived. The master bedroom was HUGE! Our infant son slept in a playpen (provided by Nicole) in the walk-in closet, while everyone else in our party had their own rooms. We could have easily had 3-4 more people stay in the house with us if need be. Now the best part - the yard and pool! I always forget that most pools in Maui aren't heated (my parents stayed at a condo complex down the road and their pool wasn't heated either), but once you get over the initial shock of jumping in, we had a blast playing with the kids and floating around in the sun all afternoon. I also didn't realize how rare it was to find a private house with a pool in Maui - and this pool and yard was fantastic for us and the kids to run around and play. The outdoor shower was also a nice treat after a long swim at the house or to come home after spending a day at the beach - we were able to wash everyone off (with warm water) and keep the kids from tracking sand throughout the house. Nicole was a real pleasure to deal with. Anytime we had questions, she was very quick to respond and/or stop in to help us out. She also had a lot of great suggestions for us for what beaches to check out and where we could get a good deal on rental gear before venturing into the ocean. Thank you Nicole! Maalea Harbor was a 15 minute drive north; Wailea was a 15 minute drive south; and there were numerous beaches, restaurants and shopping centers within 5-10 minutes of the house that made it easy to get out for a quick trip or an all-day adventure. The grocery store was literally a block away which was nice since we cooked most meals at the house, and there were also a number of restaurants along S. Kihei Road (either walking distance or a short drive) that were top notch. Overall this was one of the best trips we have ever taken as a family and we can't wait to bring more of the family back in a couple years! Thanks again Nicole. Mahalo! Kurtis"

  • A Little Spot close to Heaven!

"After a 5 day stay in a private beach house at Paia, we searched and searched for somewhere quiet, and close to the ocean but affordable. We are seniors and did not want the hotel scene, and so were prepared for a little dis-appointment. We found this condo through VRBO, and read the reviews, and were suprised at the prompt reply from Martha. Upon arrival, it was the best treat we could have imagined! This little condo is wonderful. The upkeep is meticulous to the last detail, and such a treat for weary travelers. We spent a whole afternoon sitting beside a giant sea turtle on the beach one day a few steps away! We almost came to tears when it came time to leave. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Martha, and the owners for providing this beautiful little spot to complete the best little vacation we have ever had. We send our love and best wishes from Canada!"
