Really Lovely, Comfortable and Clean Beach House. Nice and very Helpful Owner.
"We (4) had a really nice stay. The beach house is very spacious, clean and comfortabel. It is also located centrally. Kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed barbecue in the garden.
The owner and neighbours are really helpful and polite. We definitely would book the house again. We had a great time. There is absolutely nothing to complain about."

"Ten people, spanning 3 generations, spent 2 weeks here over the Christmas/New Year's holidays. We never felt crowded. The view is lovely. We saw whales breaching, spouting, and tail slapping from the lanai. We spent a lot of time out there, since the living room area becomes very hot in the afternoons, even with the fans running. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking.
As the owner states on the website, it IS a multi-level home. What wasn't clear to us was that there is no bathroom on the main level. The master bedroom, which is on the main level, has a fantastic private bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower wall with 2 shower heads, one of which is a hand-held (but is mounted so high up it's difficult to reach if you're under 5'7" tall), but you have to walk down a flight of steps to get to it. That made it very hard on grandma, who has some difficulty with steps.
There were lots of beach toys for the little kids, but the beach umbrella was broken, the beach chairs quite worn,, one boogie board broken in half, and the other hanging by a thread. We ended up renting 2 umbrellas and buying boogie boards and noodles for the kids to use at the beach.
All in all, it's a great place in a great location. We had a wonderful time, and would happily stay there again."

"We were a group of six, grandparents, 90 years young, my husband and myself and our two teenage sons. Hale Kameole is at the far south end of Kihei and is very quiet. The condo was perfect for our stay, the seniors on the main floor and the rest of us upstairs. There is an elevator, so no problem with stairs. The teenagers enjoyed their loft space and I liked that it was out of sight so I didn't have to see their messy room. The condo was very well stocked with all the necessities and more. The fridge had jam, butter, mustard and other condiments left from previous guests, which was great not having to buy all those extras. The closet on the lanai has everything you need for the beach. Our boys loved using the boogie boards and flippers(we had brought our own masks and snorkels). There is an info book in the suite put together by Janet and Dennis that is very helpful for choosing restaurants, beaches, etc. and the information is spot on. We swam with turtles every day. Snorkeling was fantastic and the beach just across the street wasn't crowded, even though it was spring break, and great fish sightings just to the south of Kam 3. We would grab a beach chair and a glass of wine and walk across the street to take in the sunset. The people we met at Hale Kameole were all so friendly, a few were retirees who spend months there. One of the highlights was the conch band at sunset....a memorable happy time was had by all."
