Great, comfortable getaway!
"First time in Maui and was really happy with these accommodations! The condo complex is one of many situated right on the oceanfront, with views out into sea. The condo itself is quaint and comfortable, and was well stocked with everything one would expect. The owner is very easy to deal with and the whole experience was a pleasure. One thing we found especially nice was the condo amenities like the pool, which came in really handy when we didn't feel like taking a dip in the ocean. The location itself is a bit north of the bustle of town proper, and everything was very accessible by a short walk or shorter drive. Absolutely lovely, would easily stay here again!"

"Veiw of the ocean, peaceful, clean. Everything we needed! We usually stay at the grand waialea, bu this time we wanted to try a condo. We will be staying here from now on! We loved this place. Owner was responsive, when we could not figure out how to turn the a/c on. In just a few minutes he responded close the door. There is a switch on the doors! Closed the doors and the air was on and perfect. We are going again in november, and are planning on booking this room again.
My only fear here is that if i tell you all how great it was, it will become so popular, I wont get back in.
Aloha. And mahalo."

"This place is perfect for a couple. The top floor view is really pretty to watch the sunrise and sunset. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was really nice with everything you need. It was really nice to have a cooler, beach chairs, towels, etc. The shower was basic and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and could even see a bit of the sunset from it. Very nice people in the complex. The TV was nice, although we didn't use it. Too many other fun things to do! We didn't use the pool or BBQ and tables, but they looked really nice. Nice grounds.
Really great quiet location, a bit away from the really touristy areas, but close to everything. Close driving distance to great restaurants, shopping, etc. in Kehei. Close to great beaches too! The lady at the front desk recommended Nalu's restaurant -- just a few blocks away with excellent fish, salads, poke bowls and burgers and great prices.
Joan was really easy to work with. We requested a late checkout since our flight was later and Joan was accommodating, but the management company got a late booking, so that didn't end up working, but she tried.
Only suggestion would be to have 2 sets of snorkeling gear. And one of the fins was broken on the one set. Luckily, we brought our own snorkeling gear. I broke a fin on mine, so I was able to use the one good one from the set there."

"we stayed here 8 nights, myself and 2 daughters 8 and 9. it was a nice change from our usual hotel situation. we did need to wash towels once while there but other than that we had enough of everything. there was one boogie board and we purchased another which we left with another guest visiting with kids when we left. the patio faces the ocean and sunset just as described and a small strip of beach for walking and kids to play in sand/water. advise water shoes as alot of small rocks in water here but still nice and wish we had more time so we could have spent more time at the condo vs. running around the island. parking was a bit tight so dont get a huge rental vehicle. the master bed was a bit firm for me but i do have a bad lower back. the kids had a single bed each vs. having to share one and a shower rod was in shower to hang wet bathing suits from so that was nice. a longs drug and mcdonalds and panda express right up the street. we did the molokini snorkel tour with the pacific whale foundation -highly recommend., also did the maui gold pineapple plantation tour, tried to do road to hana which i know is excellent but almost at top and was told a mud slide with no eta so had to turn around and go back down. :( i would definetely do home away again and stay at dons condo again and if you have a late flight out check with AA condo if you can get a late checkout--i found out about this later but a great idea for those with later flights. we hit the walmart near the airport for groceries before ever going to the condo to stock up. only negative was at the pool when another guest or renter or owner rudely told my girls if they wanted to splash then their was an ocean for that while he was frying himself in the sun to which he could have easily moved his lawn chair to the grass outside the pool if he wasnt planning on swimming b/c what are pools for and swimming does require some splashing --believe he was on the 2nd floor on the same side as our condo but that was luckily our last day there or i would have had words......thanks much for letting us use your nice place with beautiful views and close to ocean!"
