  • A Perfect Place In Kehei

"We had never been to Maui before and decided on this condo based on the reviews and photos. I still can't believe how lucky we were. I emailed the owner, Anita, with a few questions before we reserved it and she promptly replied. We also had a few phone conversations too. I had never rented through VRBO before and was unsure about sending money in advance of our stay but it was fine. Anita is awesome. She has a great system and once you are confirmed for your trip she sends you excellent information about the condo and a list of things to do and information about the area. We especially appreciated the electronic door lock with our unique code so we didn't have to worry about getting in. She also called us after we arrived to make sure everything was OK. We rented a car and expected to spend a lot of our 7 days exploring the island but as soon as we arrived at the condo we changed our minds. The condo is in great condition and has unbelievable views of the ocean from the lanai. The condo is located right across the street from Kamaole Beach Park 1. We only spent one day driving around and the rest of the time we were in the condo or on the beach across the street. The park was so nice (bathrooms, outdoor shower, lifeguard, no crowds) we never wanted to go anywhere else. The unit is equipped with everything you need including beach gear. We really appreciated the different coolers, beach chairs and mats, umbrellas, and boogie boards. It's a very short walk to the beach so we just carried stuff from the condo. There are a number of grocery stores nearby - besides the great ABC store - so we just stocked up and had most of our meals in the condo. It was nice seeing all the things in the fridge, freezer, and pantry left there from other guests, and we did the same thing. There is a rooftop area with great views and 2 huge BBQ's for guests to use. We BBQ'd on new years eve and had a great time visiting with other guests. One other night we had the place to ourselves. Both times we took our cooked food back to the condo and ate on the lanai because the view is just as good as the roof. In the mornings it was incredible to sit on the lanai and watch the whales. We watched every sunset there too, it was great having a ceiling fan and light there. I really appreciated the garbage chute near the front door. Each floor has a closet with the garbage chute and bins for recycling materials. It was sure nice not having to haul garbage to a smelly dumpster."

  • Exceptional Location South Kihei

"My husband Don and I just returned from a beautiful week in Maui. This condo was stocked with all the things you would want for your holiday including snorkels, masks and fins, beach chairs, towels andboogie boards etc. The kitchen was also stocked with many staples which made our vacation very easy. The location is superb with incredible sunsets and the crashing waves right on the beach. Great boogie boarding and snorkeling right outside the condo. The recently updated kitchen is fully stocked for everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Laurie was a pleasure to deal with."

  • None Better!

"We have been coming to the island for 20 years, and have rented many places - ohanas, condos, as well as a house (in Maui Meadows). But Linda and Al's condo is THE BEST! If you are looking for a convenient location (anything you need is within walking distance), clean (Linda is meticulous), modern (updates always in the works), and comfortable (central A/C is a must for us) - this is the place! The beach is across the street, ABC Store is next door, Maui Gelato is a short evening walk (right after watching the sunset), and if you're hungry there's Cafe' Ole' (the blackend Mahi Mahi is outta this world!), Pizza Hut (next to Maui Gelato), a new Mexican eatery (same plaza as Pizza Hut/Maui Gelato), or Fred's (another Mexican place), or a short drive to Wailea to Monkey Pod or any of the restaurants along the hotel strip (Humu's is always our favorite). Seldom any rain - so you have a virtual guarantee of perfect weather. Don't want to go anywhere? Sit on either lanai (of the dining room or the living room) and relax while you watch people or feed the Franklin birds (they'll eat out of your hand), and the mynas and cardinals. Out the lanai doors is the beach where you can watch the sunset, out the back door is the pool. How convenient is that? And oh, that Kuereg! Just like the one in the rooms at the Grand Wailea! Linda goes above and beyond as a hostess. Hmmmm . . . maybe we'd better book it (again) before anyone else takes our favorite dates!"

  • Views were wonderful and condo was very nice. Enjoyed working with Wendy.

"The beaches and water were great. The weather was a hot but we did visit during the hottest time of the year. The location of the condo was very neutral and we could easily travel to any location on the Island. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice and centrally located condo. Thank you Wendy for the delightful guest basket and for taking such good care of all of our needs."
