  • Condo With Everything You Need

"This property is a great value for the location, view and comfortable accommodations. The condo is the perfect size for 2 or 3 people. The balcony has a good view and was great for people watching. The location is ideal, as there is a beach for swimming across the street, many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen looks newly remodeled. The flat screen TV in the living room is huge and there is also a nice sized TV in the bedroom. There is A/C, but we found that keeping the windows open to feel the ocean breeze kept the place cool. The mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable. The owner is easy to reach and is very friendly. I would stay here again."

  • Views were wonderful and condo was very nice. Enjoyed working with Wendy.

"The beaches and water were great. The weather was a hot but we did visit during the hottest time of the year. The location of the condo was very neutral and we could easily travel to any location on the Island. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice and centrally located condo. Thank you Wendy for the delightful guest basket and for taking such good care of all of our needs."

  • Stunning view and perfect location!

"This condo exceeded our expectations all around. It was clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we could possibly need-including sunscreen and after-aloe! Every aspect of this unit was gorgeous, from the choice of tile to the linens to the furniture; it was truly spectacular. Our favorite part about the unit was its proximity to the pool. It's so nice being able to step out onto your lanai and drink coffee poolside (essentially). We had to use the Murphy bed one night due to my husband's vicious sunburn and even that bed was so inviting. The location couldn't be more perfect for us. The private beach across the street was closer than we imagined and the quiet little shops next door were so convenient and welcoming. I'm already missing the bar/restaurants that are next door. We made 808 bistro our everyday breakfast stop and ended up grabbing drinks every night at Moose Mcgillycuddy's. The Mexican food at Fred's is to die for. Of course we made the pricey trek out to Mama's Fish House at the beginning of Hana Hwy and it was worth every penny-the food and the views. All in all, we can't WAIT to go back and I'm missing it already. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!"

  • awesome location, awesome place!

"This was our first time staying in KKN 142 and it was absolutely perfect, would definitely stay here again. The unit has everything you need to be comfortable, plenty of beach gear (coolers, comfy beach chains, umbrellas, sandcastle stuff, boogie boards, beach towels, bamboo mats, even extra sun screen and aloe!). The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils you could possibly need. Comfortable king size bed with a large closet for stowing away your luggage and hanging up clothes. There were a lot of extra towels in the closet as well, which we appreciated. Everything was sparkling clean, Hope does a wonderful job of keeping the place tidy for guests. Hope was very helpful to us as we actually locked ourselves out of the unit by accident when we arrived--we did not realize the front door locks automatically upon closing, and we forgot to take the keys back outside with us when we went to grab luggage from the car. It was after-hours so the office was closed, but she was able to make some phone calls to get the security person on-site to find us and let us in. Hope really does a great job of making you feel welcome and at home-she was sweet enough to bring us some local treats which was very thoughtful. The location was very convenient too, not too far from the air port, but also reasonable driving distance to all the other major areas of the island. Since it's a first floor unit you don't have to hike up a bunch of stairs with your luggage. Having a GOOD beach across the street is amazing, and to top it all off you can see the sun set there every evening. We did a lot of exploring around the island and found that the beaches in Kihei were nicer than those in Lahaina, which seemed to be smaller and PACKED with tourists. Location is also good for shopping and restaurants - there were many restaurants within walking distance that were excellent."
