Perfect location, perfect host!!

We can't say enough positive things about renting this condo and working with Joy! From the start of making arrangements she has been helpful and quick to respond. We walked in the door to a perfectly situated condo for our 4 adults and 4 children. She has thought of EVERYTHING! All the accoutrements needed for a beach vacation and a stay in a home - beach towels, portable umbrella, beach chairs, tote bags, tennis rackets, etc. were among the many things in the "beach" closet. Everything is clearly labeled in the condo so it is easy to navigate. We had four kids in the loft, which was cool and comfortable with plenty of room for all four (we didn't have any issues with not having a bathroom up in the loft contrary to the comments of another reviewer). Whenever we had questions, Joy responded quickly. The photos simply do not do justice to either the home or the view. We were delighted to be so close to a beautiful beach (just a block away), close to locally owned businesses and restaurants and to have a good location for sightseeing trips. There are quite a few stairs, but we took that as an opportunity to walk off all the shave ice we ate from Maui Gelato down the hill! Like many others have commented, there is a rooster in the tree-filled lot next door, but I defy you to find any place in Maui without roosters crowing!! It's a thing - we found it charming. Whenever we came back to the condo, it felt like home. Truly a fantastic vacation - we would come back to this condo in a heartbeat!

We were in Maui for 18 days in may June This was our fourth stay in this condo . The Condo has everything you need and more The location is just a short walk to the beach and the bbq is just 20ft from the door . Their is also a large parking lot for your car with easy access The beach furniture supplied was of a very good quality we used it every day The lanai is in the shade and we enjoyed sitting out in the afternoon with a glass of wine We have always the owner Elaine to be very accommodating I would recommend this condo if you are going to Maui Wayne and Lena Vancouver
