  • Next to Pool and BBQ Great Ground Floor Unit

"Awesome unit; 1 bedroom, living room, and a fully stocked kitchen.! Not just utensils and cookware, but spices and condiments as well. We had our 5-year old daughter, the closeness of the pool was a big plus. We used the community BBQ which is right next to the unit more than once. The drawers were packed full of many useful-while-on-vacation items. It was like a 'treasure hunt', there were a few times we returned from the store only to find what we went to buy already in the unit. I wish we'd have known how well stocked the unit was before we left the mainland, we could have left some things at home to leave room in the baggage for more gifts to bring back home. Also snorkel gear and boogie boards on the lanai. Mr Beaton was a pleasure to work with, quickly answered our emails with in-depth and thoughtful replies. Gave us great tips about the island. Really felt like we were dealing with a friend. The managing staff were very friendly, the grounds well kept as well. Fair price also a huge bonus.! We'll definitely stay again."

  • Wonderful Location

"I rented this condo for 1 week for myself and my 21 year old son. We didn't get in till late and when we first arrived at condo I had some concerns. But quickly found that this place was perfect for us. It's a older complex with 16 units right across street from beach!! The bed in master was very comfortable, plenty of closet space, small desk and wicker shelving unit, a/c worked great. My son's room was comfortable also. Both bedrooms are small but everything worked and was clean. Bathrooms are small but everything worked. Kitchen was fine, everything worked great, brita water filter pitcher in frig, kitchen was well stocked. Living room was small, the couches are not very comfortable, you can feel the springs in seat, we never turned on the tv, too many other wonderful things to do. Since this unit is on the first floor your view is blocked by the privacy hedge but view is beautiful while standing at patio door or standing on Lanai, just steps from the pool that was never crowded. I loved the location of this unit, you can rent your boards right next door and walk across the street to surf and paddle board. The Kalama Park across the street is wonderful, I walked every morning on walking paths and was there everyday watching my son surf, then usually there again to watch the beautiful sunsets. Kalama Park also has tennis courts, playground, skate park, roller hockey rink, basketball courts, batting cages & pavilions. Only a short walk to great restaurants and bars, our favorite was Kihei Caffe, Three's, Ohana's. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store to walk to. You can also walk to Cove beach and Charlie Young beach which has long stretch of sandy beach and great for kids to just play in the water. I don't think you can beat this location, everything is so convenient. I would stay here again!!!"

  • Our stay was wonderful! Very clean and great location!!

"My husband and I were very pleased with our condo. Dan the owner was great to correspond with. He answered all my questions quickly. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Having an a/c unit in the bedroom and living room really made a difference keeping the place cool. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Kehei. If you do stay in Kehei I would suggest eating at the Tiki Lounge and getting the Hawaiian pizza. If you don't get seasick easy you should go on the Sea Fire boat ride/snorkel to Molokini, we had a blast!!! And it was half the price of the other bigger boats. I felt like they gave us a more personal boat tour because of it being a smaller group on board. I've been on three other snorkel trips to Molokini and this was by far my favorite!"
