  • Terrific Accommodations!

"This condo is awesome! It is clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Feels like home. The lanai is really big and has a great view. It is also located in a great location in the complex -- overlooks the pool and the elevator is not necessary. The owners are lovely and super easy to work with. We have just returned from our third stay and can't wait to go back."

  • Sun Seeker

"Our second stay at this unit, and twice at the studio next door. Love the location for the second story view and privacy provided by the palm trees. No noise from the pool, or traffic from the road. Great beach amenities like sturdy umbrella, big beach towels, cooler or ice chest, beach chairs and even a couple masks and snorkels. No elevator, but two sets of stairs are not a big draw back. We love the convenience of walk to restaurants, beaches across the street and quick drives to excellent snorkeling and body surfing. Not the big traffic snarl of Lahaina. Steve and Tamara are quick to respond to our inquires. Thanks for a great stay."

  • Comfortable Condo

"We stayed in this condo in August of 2016. Turned out to be a very warm week so we used the a/c and all available fans. Could not figure out how to get the ceiling fan/light in the loft to work but with 2 standing fans we managed to stay cool enough to sleep. Also the kitchen overhead light didn't seem to work but we didn't really cook so it didn't matter too much. Having a washer and dryer was very useful in keeping our [supplied] beach towels fresh. We appreciated the beach chairs (well, 2 of them anyway, the other too were too low to be comfortable) and boogie boards and left them in our car trunk for the week, which was very convenient. Didn't see any snorkels or masks so we rented. Also, the cooler really smells so we bought a styro one and left it in the closet for others to use. The tv cabinet is not very functional as the doors don't open far enough for more than 3 people to watch tv. But we weren't there to watch tv so that was fine. The kitchen was more than adequate for our use. The property is centrally located and was very convenient for all of our excursions. It is close to a grocery store and rental shops as well as restaurants. The beach is minutes away. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and uniquely decorated in all things Hawaiian! The property in general is quiet, safe and well maintained. The birds woke us in the mornings. They have a nest right in the wall of the lanai (looks like they are causing some damage). One morning I counted 7 birds hanging onto the lanai wall! Overall, I liked this condo and would recommend it."

  • Well Equipped Condo, Right Across from the Beach

"Our family of four just finished our 17 night stay at Kenny's condo. Having stayed at many VRBO properties in the past, I can confidently say this unit is VERY well equipped. Plenty of towels, beach gear, cookware, utensils, Tupperware and cleaning supplies. We used the Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler every single day as the beach is literally a 5 minute walk from the unit. So easy to go snorkeling in the morning, head back to the condo for lunch (great BBQs at the pool!) and then head down to the beach again later to chill and watch the sunset. Our kids are older (14 and 16) so they did not use all the toys and games that are also available in the condo, but younger kids would have plenty to do. We appreciated the high speed WiFi, though! Had a couple of questions while were there, and Kenny responded almost immediately. We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kihei."
