  • The most perfect Maui Destination

"The location was beyond my expectations. Every morning seeing the moon set and every evening the sunset from bed was extraordinary and just a 30 second walk and your on the beach. The mornings are especially wonderful as the beach is so calm and serene. Charley Young Beach is by far the best beach I have ever had the pleasure of staying on in Maui. The condo was perfectly equipped, all the amenities where there from seasonings to beach towels, nothing was forgotten!"

  • Excellent condo, Nice and quiet, close to ocean, great location

"I have been coming to Maui since 1979 and will continue to visit the island. We have stayed at the Alii Kai for the past 20 years or so. Nice quiet pool with hottub, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants walking distance. This condo is well maintained and clean. It is also very quiet tucked in a corner that no one walks by. The view is great you can see the ocean. I would highly recommend this unit for small families as the loft will sleep 3 comfortably. Wifi was very good as we had multiple devices on it and no issues. Owners are quick to respond to emails and great to work with. Overall I would give this condo and experience an A+"

  • awesome location, awesome place!

"This was our first time staying in KKN 142 and it was absolutely perfect, would definitely stay here again. The unit has everything you need to be comfortable, plenty of beach gear (coolers, comfy beach chains, umbrellas, sandcastle stuff, boogie boards, beach towels, bamboo mats, even extra sun screen and aloe!). The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils you could possibly need. Comfortable king size bed with a large closet for stowing away your luggage and hanging up clothes. There were a lot of extra towels in the closet as well, which we appreciated. Everything was sparkling clean, Hope does a wonderful job of keeping the place tidy for guests. Hope was very helpful to us as we actually locked ourselves out of the unit by accident when we arrived--we did not realize the front door locks automatically upon closing, and we forgot to take the keys back outside with us when we went to grab luggage from the car. It was after-hours so the office was closed, but she was able to make some phone calls to get the security person on-site to find us and let us in. Hope really does a great job of making you feel welcome and at home-she was sweet enough to bring us some local treats which was very thoughtful. The location was very convenient too, not too far from the air port, but also reasonable driving distance to all the other major areas of the island. Since it's a first floor unit you don't have to hike up a bunch of stairs with your luggage. Having a GOOD beach across the street is amazing, and to top it all off you can see the sun set there every evening. We did a lot of exploring around the island and found that the beaches in Kihei were nicer than those in Lahaina, which seemed to be smaller and PACKED with tourists. Location is also good for shopping and restaurants - there were many restaurants within walking distance that were excellent."

  • Island Feeling

"From contact to condo arrival, all went smooth as scheduled. Owners John and Becky were very helpful, caring individuals. The condo was nicely updated with granite counters, tastefully decorated to give the island feeling. It was a stress free stay with all the amenities one could ever want."
