Maui was awesome. This condo was good.
"Clean, large nice condo. With pool and bbq close by. A little road noise but was no problem."

"Just got back from 18 days in Kihei, Maui. This is a great unit with fantastic views from the Lanai. We watched turtles from the Lanai every day and numerous whales breaching. The last week there have been 5-9 turtles feeding on algae off the rocks for 3 hours every afternoon. Great snorkelling right in front of the room not to mention wonderful sunsets. You have the choice of sunbathing on the grass next to the water or a 2 minute walk to two superb sand beaches with usually mild surf and flat beaches. The unit, pool, and grills are well maintained and clean. The unit itself is well appointed and has great internet connections. This unit is close to a number of restaurants and amenities to rent snorkelling gear or boards. We will go again in a heartbeat."

"We're a family of three and we chose this condo primarily on the price, location and last minute availability for the season (late Aug). Jeremy was very quick to respond and very helpful, pro-active and friendly, helping us with tips for figuring out island logistics, food shopping and so on.
The condo was great for our needs. A short walk to the beach (1 minute) and convenient for everything. We''ve grown very fond of Kam 2 beach over all the others. :-) The Kihei Kai Nani complex (or whatever you call it) was helpful (main office) and their pool was a real plus for our son, who learned to get comfortable there and had way more fun in the ocean as a result. The pool was never crowded and everyone friendly.
The unit was in great shape, good amenities for the price, and a comfortable bed. No view of the ocean, but with it so close by, it doesn't really matter. There were lots of summer reading books, board games for our little guy, and an acoustic guitar, which was a really nice surprise. With both doors open in the late afternoon or evening, a nice cool breeze kept us comfortable. We rarely used the air con.
If you're looking for food shopping within walking distance, we'd recommend the organic food store, which actually had pretty reasonable prices called Half Moon or something like that, on South Kihei Road, just a block or two up. Best food of the trip within walking distance was Cafe O Lei for dinner. Worst was Bistro 808 for breakfast, give that a pass.
The beaches are beautiful and an early morning trip before the wind picks up is key. We saw lots of turtles in the water right from shore, and this beach seemed fairly tame for the season (Aug/Sept) for swimming as we did laps of it in the morning and even in the late afternoon.
We'll definitely book again!
Thanks very much for welcoming us into your condo, Jeremy. Mahalo."

"Jonathan's home was even more beautifully decorated than the photos in the listing suggest, as other guests have noted. The backyard was a slice of paradise in the larger slice of paradise that is Maui. The home was furnished with everything we needed and more. The kitchen utilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. We had paper towels, local coffee, etc. There were a ton of bikes to choose from, and Jonathan was always available if you needed him. The location was perfect for us to explore the whole island. Oh, and if Jonathan recommends a restaurant, you are stupid not to go. Also, if you find that you are addicted to AC on the mainland, go ahead and break the habit and open the windows as Jonathan suggests. It really is cooler. Thanks, Jonathan, for a wonderful stay! You are an awesome host."
