  • Love Maui!

"Beautifully furnished one-bedroom condo with everything you need to enjoy the gorgeous Maui setting. Immaculate and meticulous throughout. Couldn't wait to have coffee on the lanai and enjoy the breathtaking view of both the ocean and the mountains. Great restaurants within walking distance and a beautiful beach park right across the street. A terrific bonus to have two large and clean grills located in the pool area which we used to make some great dinners. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a dream vacation in Maui."

  • Awesome Place

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very well-maintained. We actually booked F-201 upstairs as well for our family of 12. The finishes (countertops, faucets, appliances, hardware, decorations, linens, etc.) are nice and clean. There was ample room for 6 people. Everything worked great. There are 3 separate doors to the outside, which really sort of made it feel like we booked 2 separate rooms. The patio has a nice view of the courtyard, which is very well kept. The master does not have a window unit, but it really didn’t cause a problem - the temperature was fine despite the fact that it was in the upper 80s during the days. There is a pool (have to call for the gate code) with a hot tub, grills, and lots of seating. This property is right across the street from the very fun Kamaole Beach Park II (the condo provides pool toys/chairs/beach towels/etc. in the closets). My family and I had lots of fun there. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance (it’s kind of like a primitive, more-scenic Waikiki). It was very hard to find a parking spot near the property (we had 3 cars), but there is parking garage close by, so no big deal. The property management company (Maui Condo and Car) is very well-run, very responsive, and very detailed. I called about a month prior to request a late checkout (on the downstairs unit only), and they were very prompt and responsive. And it was a reasonable price as well. I also called them when we got there to ask about the lack of a window unit. They were very responsive and professional when they reminded me they had told me that a year earlier when I booked (which they had - I had forgotten). Overall, this is an excellent value in a prime location."

  • Ideal home away from home!

"I absolutely loved this condo. It has everything you need and more! It's in a great location and Cynthia provides detailed information about how to get in and where to find things. Scooter rental down the street and lots of options for beaches within walking distance. The lanai is lovely with nice palm trees in front of it so it feels private and in the mornings the birds are a great sound to wake up to. I will look to stay here again!"

"Another perfect stay at this condo. Early morning walks on the beach, sunsets from the lanai, watching the turtles swim all make this a wonderful vacation spot. So quiet, all you hear at night are the waves."
