  • Two Story Home Leaves Great Impression; Centrally Located to Many Island Attractions

"I had an excellent experience staying at this rental home. The property was well kept with an abundance of clean towels and sheets to accommodate several guests. Just off of South Kihei Road, the home is in an optimal, central location for traveling to many of Maui's attractions, including Big Beach, Haleakala, and Lahaina; outside of Hana / the Seven Sacred pools, nothing is particularly far! Furthermore, Maui has a busline which has a stop very close to the home, making it possible to travel from the airport to the home within an hour (assuming you can get on with a carry-on sized bag or smaller). The house is split, housing another family entirely cut off from the rental property, though they keep to themselves and are not noisy. The dual-head shower is also quite nice, though be sure to wash sand off outside first to prevent any potential draining issues. Working with Marilyn was a pleasure. She was attentive to my unique situation and even allowed me the chance to stay beyond checkout when there was a flight delay. I have only good things to say about her and the property and would definitely stay here again!"

  • Terrific Accommodations!

"This condo is awesome! It is clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Feels like home. The lanai is really big and has a great view. It is also located in a great location in the complex -- overlooks the pool and the elevator is not necessary. The owners are lovely and super easy to work with. We have just returned from our third stay and can't wait to go back."

  • Perfect Condo

"This condo was perfect for our annual stay on Maui! It was very comfortable and really felt like a home away from home! All of the amenities were nice, and we made great use of them, especially the cooler and boogie boards. The location is perfect, right across from a beautiful beach and you can walk a block or two up or down the street and find places to shop and eat. The hospitality was amazing and the owners were very accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves so much and couldn't ask for a better place to stay. We will be back ever summer from here on out, and hope to stay in the same spot every time! I can honestly say that I have no complaints! Thank you so much! Mahalo!"

  • Location, Location, Location!

"First off Linda, the owner, was fantastic to deal with. She was extremely responsive to questions and e-mails. Linda was open to offering suggestions regarding Maui and Kihei area. It was a very positive professional experience. The major positive for this condo is location. A short walk from the condo and you’re on the beach. Shops, stores and restaurants are within walking distance to the north or south of the condo, no reason to move your car if you don’t want. The condo is well representative in the photos. There were six of us and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean and neat upon arrival. We ran the ceiling fans non-stop so not to use the air condition which kept the unit nice and cool. The pool was never full and seating was always available. Do keep in mind that this is an older building built in 1974 and as such doesn’t have the looks of a modern building. A few tips… The condo has a full size washer and dryer, don’t over pack (we did) The kitchen is well equipped with all you will need if your intending to cook (we didn’t) The condo has a supply of beach gear, no need to purchase or bring Watch out for the lounge chair in the living room, it has a tendency to tip over Make sure you register you 2nd vehicle – they will find you! They have shopping carts available to help move groceries or luggage Visit the roof with a bottle of wine to view the sunset Use the shutters on the patio to keep out the afternoon sun"
