  • Great complex, fully stocked unit at a great price!

"We have stayed in a few different units at Kihei Alii Kai. This unit is definitely near the top of our list. Fully stocked with beach gear, towels, linens and kitchen needs. Thank you Patti, we will definitely rent from you again!"

  • Royal Mauian is beautiful!!

"Loved being on the ground floor!!! Perfect, convenient location, and close to everything you need or want. Some great food and drinks, and cute shops all within a very short walk. The beautiful beaches are just steps away and you can't get better front row seats to watch the turtles every day and gorgeous Maui sunsets every night!!!! Let's not forget the shark that bumped my daughter's paddle board also!! Yes, they got it on the Go Pro and shared with the lifeguards at Kamaole I. Great guys!! Lots of shark activity in the water this week, but it's their home!! YIKES!! The only thing missing in the unit was AC. We could have definitely used it, as it was quite warm. The fans were just not enough for this trip. I didn't read the condo description close enough and didn't realize there wasn't an AC unit until right before we left....my bad....I just assumed there was one since it was renovated in the last couple years. It's a really nice unit, but has some features that I won't miss. 1) The beds are very hard/firm mattresses. I was ready to go to Costco and buy a memory foam pad. 2) The bathrooms are very nice, but I am not a fan of the half panel shower door. Had to wipe up the floor every time we took showers because there isn't anything to block the water from splashing out....not a lot of water, but enough to where you need to wipe it up. Need to supply more bath mats for this reason. 3) Rugs in kitchen / entry looked very dirty / worn. I think it may be time to replace. Still a very beautiful unit and nicer than others we were able to take a peak at. Would highly recommend Royal Mauian!! It is beautiful!! Mahalo!! Aloha!!"

  • Perfect stay

"We've just returned from a week stay in Courtney's fabulous condo, we just wish we'd stayed longer. We loved the location on Maui, not too far from anywhere, and locally a great organic supermarket over the road providing lovely prepared salads and good coffee, fabulous Thai restaurant very close and fun pupus and happy hours not far away, and the local bus stop is very convenient if you don't want to drive. The condo itself was perfectly presented, spotlessly clean and ideal for 2 couples, a great layout with generous and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. A very well equipped kitchen and comfortable dining, lounge and lanai where we spent quite a bit of time watching the ever changing beach and of course the beautiful sunsets. We loved being on the second level, very easy access to the pool, lounges and beautiful beaches without having to wait for a lift. The rooftop barbecue area is an added bonus with beautiful views to the mountain and sea and the bbqs are spotless. The fact that it didn't have air conditioning was not an issue, the fans worked beautifully and very quietly and the breeze was more than enough to cool the condo, the timber blinds in the front bedroom certainly kept the heat out. We'd certainly highly recommend this condo."
