  • Great Location and amenities

"First VRBO stay here. Family of 4 for 8 days with 2 teenage kids over spring break. Well appointed 2 level condo with loft on large and well maintained property. Very comfortable for family of 4 or more with younger kids. Great location close to everything Ki Hei has to offer including beaches, surf lessons, snorkelling groceries etc. BBQ close by and very good quality, great view and most everything you could ask for. Great kitchen amenities, great beach chairs (Tommy Bahama), nice balcony, ice maker in fridge, cable, wi-fi, AC and more. Slightly older but very clean and well looked after. Barbara answered all our questions promptly. Buy TP :) Highly recommended."

  • All the reviews are right!

"I chose this condo based on the excellent reviews and they are all right on! Perfect location, comfortable condo with all the amenities and more (in-unit washer/dryer was big for us!). Owners were great, quick to respond and provided clear instructions. We are a family with 3 kids and fit us well. Will definitely be back. Thank you!"

  • Great location and value

"We stayed as a couple for 4 nights. This location was amazing, the condo has a beautiful view, unobstructed view from the lanai overlooking the pool and ocean. It was so great to watch the surfers across the street right from the living room and balcony. I researched a lot of properties and found this one was the best for the price. There were other similar condos for a bit cheaper but not much and they did not have this location and view. The BBQs were nice and new and very convenient to bring food and drink to the pool area and bbq while watching the sunset, amazing! The only need I saw that it would be nice to have the AC unit also in the bedroom since it was only in the living room and the bedroom did get warm and humid, but was ok with the fan on. It was great to be able to walk just a block to great food/bars/shopping, overall we would definitely come back!"

  • Perfect week in Paradise

"Wow, wow, and wow again. I am a solo traveler and was looking for a place to stay in Kihei for my first return back to the Island in 16 years. Most of the properties felt a little tired and old, and all full of that cheesy bamboo furniture. This condo immediately grabbed my eye. It was updated, cheerful, and decorated like a beach house - not a seaside shack. The colors, the furniture and the amenities all felt very new and up to date. Much to my delight, it looked exactly the same in person as it did on the website. Yay! I was impressed with how clean it was, and how much thought went into every detail...from the bathing suit hook in the shower, to the power strip with the USB charging plugs, to every utensil that one could need to cook, to the beach towels and chairs (complete with a built-in cooler to keep your 'water' chilly at the beach). Don and Karen were a delight to deal with - and were quick to answer any question that I had. The condo is walking distance from the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping - even so, you're going to want to make sure that you have a car to get groceries home, see some of the other beaches, or check out the sunset from other parts of the island. Once the tradewinds kick up mid-day, get yourself to the pool, and meet new friends. After a few days, you'll feel like you live here...and wish you did. The only bummer of my stay...was having to leave. ;) Mahalo, Karen and Don. I hope to be back soon!"
