  • Excellent Stay!

"My husband, son and I rented this condo during our week long stay in Maui. The condo was spacious for the three of us and very beautiful with marble countertops in the kitchen and high tech amenities. Also it was fully stocked with all kinds of pots, pans, spices, personal items like lotion, body wash, shampoo, sunscreen and mosquito spray. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, boards and other beach gear. The owners tastefully decorated this condo and the other unit was a plus due to the fridge, microwave, sink and other handy amenities. The beach was across the street and there were also shops and restaurants located nearby and in walking distance. The owners were very polite and prompt. Overall, this condo was affordable and very beautiful. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Maui."

  • Wonderful condo & Amazing owners!!

"My husband and I have stayed at Trev's Surfside twice in last 3 years. Just returned a month ago and it was just as fantastic as the 1st time we were there. We love it and can hardly wait to go back. The condo is beautiful and has everything you could need. The lanai is ground floor and wonderful to sit out on with pretty flowers and bushes around you. Very private and relaxing. It's in a perfect area of Kihei - close to restaurants, shopping and most important - the beach. We highly recommend it. The owners are extremely helpful and kind. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay. It made our vacation amazing!"

  • Wonderful location on the best beach on Maui

"My wife and I have been visiting Maui regularly for over 40 years and have been fond of the Kihei area and Kameole beaches over those years. This year we brought along my cousin and his wife for their 1st ever visit to Hawaii. The first 3 days were spent in Honolulu so we could all visit Pearl Harbor, but then down to Maui for a week of relaxation and the real Hawaii experience. We love Kam 1 beach and have stayed at the Royal Mauian once before; we chose it because of its unbeatable proximity to the ocean...about 50 feet! Since we had first timers along this time we did some typically tourist-like things such as the Old Lahaina Luau (expensive but quite good food and entertainment), Haleakala Crater, Mama's Fish House (also expensive but SO worth it!). We also took them to our favorite Maui entertainer Willie K at Mulligan's on the Blue in Wailai; never disappointing. Alii Resorts was wonderful with their communications throughout the booking process; we called them upon our early arrival in Kahului and they gave us an estimated time to meet them at the condo and advised that they would call us on our cell phone. This worked out very well for us as we had a bite to eat and did a bit of shopping and exploring. We met the Alii Resorts representative at the unit and she explained everything to us before leaving. The unit was well equipped with starter supplies which actually got us through the week (TP, soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc.). The view from the lanai was wonderful along with the convenient access to the beach. The 2 bedroom unit had 3 TV's all of which had balky remotes, the front door was a bit hard to close but these are really just nits...it's Hawaii and we did not need the TV to entertain us! The Royal Mauian is the best location to enjoy an oceanside experience in Hawaii and we certainly did."

  • The property is in a perfect location and is maintained very well.

"The unit was very nice with all of the necessary amenities. It was very clean and spacious. The pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable however, due to the typical metal bar that seems to hit you in the wrong place no matter what position you get into. There are a lot of stairs getting to this particular unit but once you are there, the view is great and it is surprisingly quiet. Overall, we had a great time."
