  • Centrally located, well-equipped, and comfortable atmosphere

"We stayed in and cooked many breakfasts and dinners, the kitchen has many pots and pans, gas stove and necessary utensils. My sister slept on the hide-a-bed and was very comfortable, I stayed in the main bed and slept very well. I LOVE the shower, wish our home had one the same as everything about it. There were hooks and closets in very convenient places. Really liked the set up for outside bar and chairs and mirror to see behind view. The condo location is central to many different destinations on Maui, so we could have schedule such as morning hike on north volcano and then drive to top of Haleakala for sunset and then drive back to condo for a not too late dinner. It was an affordable price for location, amenities, and comfort. I would go back to stay at this condo every time, Thank you so much Ryan and Carole."

  • Perfect accommodation for our family!

"My husband and I, along with our 3 young children really enjoyed our first trip to Maui. Our condo was a perfect fit for us. Prime location with the beach and the pool just a few steps away. If you have little kids, you don't need to venture out to other beaches. The beach across the street was perfect for our kids. During low tide the beach was calm and you could actually walk out further and it was still shallow. This was a plus since all we wanted to do was spend time at the beach. You really don't need a vehicle because the restaurants and the grocery stores were within walking distance. Kalama Park is just across the street from the condo which included a playground, baseball field, volleyball court and if you like to work out during your vacation there is a trail for running/walking right next to the water. I brought my sneakers so I was able to run every morning which made my day complete! The condo is stocked very well with bath towels, beach towels, bedding, and kitchen utensils. However if you like coffee make sure you buy your ground coffee ahead of time so that you are able to brew it first thing the next morning. If you prefer Starbucks, it's only two blocks away. The next best thing is that all of the rooms have air conditioners. It's gets hot and humid during the day so this made our stay very comfortable. Jennifer, the property manager, was very accommodating from when I made the reservation to the time we left for the airport. I enjoyed working with her. We definitely plan on coming back to Maui and will stay at this condo again."

  • Just the BEST!

"While I have stayed in other units at the Kamaole Beach Royale and have always had great accommodations, the Penthouse was by far the best experience. There was the wide open living room/kitchen area that had full views of the ocean, and then, probably the best attribute, was the large patio area with plenty of seating, Jacuzzi and a hammock. Having only 4 adults, we felt like we had a large house to stay in! The comfortable bedrooms and well-stocked kitchen were definitely appreciated as well. If you like to cook your meals more than going out (as we do), you will definitely not want for any cooking pot, pan or utensil - it was all there - even a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. All your water sport needs were take care of as well. There were plenty of beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and even a paddle board. The owner was terrific to work with and definitely wanted to be sure we had a very nice stay. I enthusiastically recommend this property if you are going to Maui....viewing nightly sunsets from this unit while having a glass of wine or cocktail should easily seal the deal! ERIC"
