Great Stay & Lovely Accommodations
"We spent a fantastic 2 weeks in this unit and would not hesitate to stay here again, the unit had everything we needed including the boogie boards and pool noodles. The whole process was easy with absolutely no problems on our arrival, we just moved in and relaxed for our stay. The unit match dthe description very well.
The complex is centrally located so we were quick to most places and the beach is great just be careful of the coral if you run into the water. The views from the lanai are amazing, we spent countless hours watching the whales and turtles from there. We definitely will look at staying in this unit when we return to Maui. Thanks!"

Great apartment for a family close to beaches and town
"We stayed in unit 632 for 12 days over New Years with our three children. The unit has been nicely renovated and is very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and gorgeous views of the ocean from the lanai. The property has a great pool area with BBQs which we used many times. The unit has also been stocked with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc that we greatly appreciated for our beach day trips. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Our only complaint is that the resort does not turn on the hot tub until 4pm each day, regardless of the weather. We had a few days that were rainy and overcast and would've loved to be able to enjoy the pool/hot tub facilities but they were too cold. All in all an excellent vacation. Thanks!"

Comfortable cottage in peaceful area with easy access to rest of the island
"Grace Cottage is located in a perfect spot to explore all of Maui. You are in a quiet residential neighborhood between highway 31 and the main beachfront strip (S. Kihei Rd.) where you will find dining, stores and anything else you need.
The neighborhood is so peaceful. Sitting on the lanai for meals or just relaxing was a major highlight. The outdoor shower (with full privacy) was a huge plus. The second bed is a futon but this is a perfect cottage for a couple.
We wouldn't recommend walking to the beaches with gear as it'll take you about 20 minutes but you're just a couple minute drive away from free parking at multiple beaches. Better yet, drive north on Kihei Rd. past the condos, park on the side of the road and find your own stretch of beach.
This is the perfect place to stay if you want to relax with access to everything without feeling like you're staying in the middle of everything."

Reasonable accommodation -- ocean front with views
"Each of these units are individually owned, so your experience may differ depending on the particular owner. Since they are individually owned and maintained, you cannot compare these to a commercial Marriott, Wyndham, Hilton, etc. We have stayed at this complex twice. Once in a two bedroom unit, and once in a one bedroom with sofa bed. They are stocked with all the kitchen-ware needed. Furniture is dated, but functional. Often previous renters have left paperback books, snorkel and beach gear, coolers, etc., that can be used.
In summary: Things are functional, but dated. As long as your expectations are in check, in general, no big surprises.
This one is ocean front, but there is about 100 foot grass yard to the beach. Beach is walkable, but not really swimable, as it gets very rocky just below the water level. Short drive to grocery, swimable beaches, restaurants, etc. Overall a reasonable place to stay."
