  • Nice condo, nice location, great owners!

"Condo was perfect for us. Not crazy fancy, but every detail was taken care of including laundry detergent, clean gas grill, beach toys, and full kitchen. The loft can be a little warm, but the fan helped. Good breeze with windows open. TV can be a little hard to hear with the window open (traffic noise), but easily fixed by turning on the air. Really nice experience"

  • Great property, excellent location and unbeatable value!

"We stayed at this property with our two kids (4, 7) for 10 days in May 2016. The condo is very well appointed. All appliances worked great, no issues really to speak of. With small kids, we do a lot of cooking, including grilling, and we found everything we ever needed for that. Beach equipment was a nice bonus. Loved the ground floor patio - the kids got to get out on the grass and run around a chasing birds :) Having the Kamaole beaches across the street was a huge plus. Although we were mostly out and about exploring Maui during the first part of the day, being able to walk to the beach in the afternoon was very neat. Thanks Jon and Shelley!"

  • Wonderful

"Convenience a definite - on the beach, shopping & restaurants across the street. Jeff the Property Manager was wonderful, friendly & helpful. He made sure everything was tip-top with the pool and land maintenance. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needs. No air conditioning was not a problem with the fans and windows we kept open. There were nice breezes that kept things manageable. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable, but we spent so little time indoors it wasn't a big deal. The only real downside was the noise level from people using the elevator. The elevator was right across from the 2nd bedroom and with the open windows for air flow this was hard to deal with at times. Other than that it was great. It's a quiet location. We'll be going back there again."
