  • Wonderful Vacation, couldn't have asked for anything more

"We rented the Condo from July 31 to August 8. 2016 and it was fantastic. The condo had everything that we needed from the kitchen to the beach. Took my daughter and mom ( 75 yrs old) and couldn't have asked for anything more. It was a short walk to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. Jane and Rick had the condo organized and lots of information on Maui available . The welcome basket was wonderful. The snorkeling at beaches 2&3 was amazing and beach 1 in front of the condo was great for swimming and R&R. The best snorkeling trip was by Redline rafting. Gone on one at the being of the week(wont say with who) wasn't very happy. If you are snorkelers like me and my daughter go on the red-line rafting ,lots of water time with maxium of 24 at 3 different spots, no anchoring. It was the best trip, thanks Seth & Alex. We had such a wonderful time and love Maui, Thanks Jane and Rick for an awesome vacation, hope to come back next March or April with the rest of the family to enjoy. Dawn, Alise & Tillie"

  • Beautiful View, functional kitchen, comfy beds!

"So I booked this after reading the other reviews online, and man were they right! Beautiful view from the windows, we loved having breakfast on the little deck and watching the water. The room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with basics and the owner was on sight and very accommodating to our arrivals and departures. It has an assigned parking spot which was excellent and very convenient. Close to yummy places to eat too ( we loved Da Kitchen's Kalua pork and the Lei Cafe!) not even a block away! It was a wonderful trip and we would absolutely stay there again! The only downsides were the air conditioning is only in the main room so the bed room can get pretty hot, but that was manageable and the sofa bed was very comfy so if we got too hot we just slept in the living room and it was fine. The other thing is that the bedroom has windows that close to the weather, but do nothing to block the sound in the halls so you could certainly hear people walking by and they could probably also hear whatever you were doing in the bedroom..... BUT overall wonderful place to stay in Beautiful Kehei! Aloha!"

"We loved staying at this lovely little condo right in the heart of Kihei! it was SUPER close to the beach and to all the restaurants! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is planning a trip here! Inside the condo itself it had everything you could ever want or need! Would definitely come back and stay here again!"

  • Well-stocked and comfortable accommodations

"Jonathan's home was even more beautifully decorated than the photos in the listing suggest, as other guests have noted. The backyard was a slice of paradise in the larger slice of paradise that is Maui. The home was furnished with everything we needed and more. The kitchen utilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. We had paper towels, local coffee, etc. There were a ton of bikes to choose from, and Jonathan was always available if you needed him. The location was perfect for us to explore the whole island. Oh, and if Jonathan recommends a restaurant, you are stupid not to go. Also, if you find that you are addicted to AC on the mainland, go ahead and break the habit and open the windows as Jonathan suggests. It really is cooler. Thanks, Jonathan, for a wonderful stay! You are an awesome host."
