  • Lots of space and a great location!

"We really enjoyed our stay and it was great dealing with Zapher. We've stayed at the Kihei Ali Kai before and keep returning because we love the location so close to Kamole One Beach as well as lots of awesome restaurants and amenities. The condo is spacious and worked great for our family. We loved the open plan and high ceilings in the living room, there is some views out to the ocean so we could always tell how strong the trade winds were. The lanai had great sun in the afternoon and felt very private - we loved the swing (so did the baby who had his morning nap out there in the shade everyday!). There were 3 air conditioners but the afternoon window was great and kept the condo nice and cool. We used a number of the amenities in the condo including the full size washer and dryer (very handy!), DVD player (rented movies from REDBOX at Foodland for $1.50!), the shampoo and conditioner that was supplied (saved room in our suitcase, one less thing to pack!), the boogie boards, the snorkel fins and the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. There were lots of other things including: umbrella, sand toys, floaties, and much more. We loved the pool and hot tub and never found it crowded, most days we had it all to ourselves. We BBQ'd a number of evenings, the BBQ's were always clean and there was some nice seating to enjoy while the meat was cooking. The complex also has some nice looking tennis courts but we never used them. Zapher was great to deal with, quick to reply and provided easy instructions. We can't wait to come back to Maui soon!"

  • All we needed!

"We enjoyed our 1st visit to Maui very much & our home base was very comfortable. Loved being within walking distance to the Charley Young Beach, shopping & restaurants. We were very happy with the location & had no trouble parking out rental car in the large parking lot. We were able to make several meals with nothing missing in the kitchen, including a full-sized fridge. I slept on the murphy bed & found it quite comfortable. We would be gone most of the day, so only used the pool once. Enough lounge chairs & walk-in steps, quite refreshing. So many beaches within 10 minutes drive! Had a fantastic week there after a busy city week in Waikiki. Quieter neighborhood was appreciated. The sound of the birds in the morning, was amazing! Thank you Margerita for the easy check-in for this condo!"

  • Perfect for families!

"We had the opportunity to stay here in May. IT was perfect - the condo has the absolute best view, and was well appointed. The kids had their own room/bathroom, and when they were sick of playing at one of the two beautiful beaches within walking distance, they could play at the pool. The building is clean, and quiet and the location puts you close to restaurants, places to rent surfboards/paddle boards and other shopping. The owners were so kind and accommodating!"

  • Our Stay

"It was nice eating meals in the unit and not going out to eat. I lived in Kihei from 09/21/1994 to 10/15/1998 so I knew my way around the island. My wife and I did some shopping at Food land and Costco. It was great to see my son, Clint, and his family. My grandson Isaac likes to talk about subjects that interest him. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we attempted to leave the unit in better condition than when we arrived."
