  • BOOK IT, you won't regret it

    "This place is described properly with accurate photos. The apartment is centrally located in Kihei for shopping, dining, groceries, etc. The beach (Kam II) is a short 5 min walk through beautiful and well-maintained gardens. The apartment faces the quiet side of building (towards gardens, mountain and pool a bit further), no noise other than nature (birds, birds, birds, and spectacle on their own). Parking was easy and never had a problem with speed bumps as described in one of the reviews (had a small Chevy Sonic). Inside apartment extremely well stocked with everything you will need for cooking (even sharp knives!) to the beach to washer to dishwasher , really just bring clothes. King bed and pull out couch (both with pillow tops) were very comfortable. Soft towels. We did not need to use A/C during our visit in late August, we kept windows/balconies open as had good cross ventilation. No creatures, bugs, visitors of any kind during our stay. Pool is great, clean and well looked after, same goes for the hot tub. They are only 30 steps from the building. Mention apart goes for the BBQs (3) by the pool and cabana, never seen a cleaner BBQ in my life, in spite of daily use by guests, incredible. Overall: fantastic place, superbly well stocked, clean, safe, easy to get, great owner, great amenities. BOOK IT Danno!"

  • Extremely happy with our stay.

    "Condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need or want during our stay. Location of the condo unit was perfect for us as it was on the ground flood where you could step out on the Lanai and enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds in addition to close access to the pool's and BBQ areas. The entire property grounds were very well kept and beautiful. Property is consistently patrolled by Security and is top notch, making it very comfortable for us to come and go and not have any worry. Unit is in a very desirable location with only a three to four minute walk to amazing beaches. It is also within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We rarely used our vehicle during our stay since most everything was so close. Property owners were so accommodating, helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again in the future."

  • Loved the Lanai

    "Nice quite condo with a great garden lanai view with nice comfy lanai furniture. There is a slight ocean view. I started every morning on the lanai with a cup of tea watching the morning awake the island. I loved the garden lanai with great views of Upcountry. There is no harsh direct sun on the condo which keeps it cooler. The screen front door and nice sliders in the living area allow for the daily trades to breeze through. There were a few days of no trades and high temps, but still the unit was fine without a/c during the day. We did use the a/c a few nights and the fan helped to get the cool air to the bedroom. The living area is very large with nice seating. It's so nice to have a full size washer. A tip when drying clothes, close the bedroom door, place the fan in the hall and turn on the bathroom vent. This keeps any of the dryer heat from affecting the bedroom or the living area. Comfy bed. Quite bedroom. I was concerned that the sidewalk outside of the bedroom would have loud visitors walking by. However, this unit is not in a high foot traffic area so it remains quite during day and night. The housekeeper was dong some additional cleaning when we arrived, due to guest who had just left a very messy condo, she apologized for not having the condo ready when we arrived , but we were glad she was taking the extra time. We just dropped some items for the fridge and took off for an hour of errands to allow her some more time. We had a problem with the floor fan the first night and gave Mike a call. He was quick to return our call and have the fan replaced the next morning. It's a shame when previous renters don't give a heads up on an appliance/repair problem so the owner can replace it before the next guest. Also we made an unnecessary call to Mike to help with operations of the ceiling fan in the bedroom. If we had just read the great, clear instructions that had been emailed to us we wouldn't have had to bother Mike. However, he was very gracious and walked us through the process. Thank you Mike for have wonderful customer service when dealing with travel tired renters. another thank you for a unit that has a home feel with many things visitors need."
