  • Our Maui Sunset Vacation

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed in many of the Maui Sunset units and this is definitely one of the nicest...a treat to have a nice tv in every bedroom, the furnishings are top notch and the convenience of being on the ground level is special."

  • Very comfortable condo in a fantastic location!

"I can't express enough how comfortable we were. Earl is extremely nice and has equipped the condo with all you might need, not just inside but beach equipment as well. The location is perfect, especially if you enjoy exploring the island. It's so close to everything. If you prefer to just stay nearby, everything you might need (restaurants, shops, c-store, etc) is a short walk away. The onion rings at Moose's next door are the best I've ever had! I highly recommend reading and utilizing the book 'Maui Revealed' that's provided, along with any tips you can get from Earl."

  • Stay at he Kamaole Sands

"The condo was nicely furnished. Very comfortable accommodations. We wished we could have stayed longer. The location was very convenient. Right across the street from the beach. There were guest chairs and beach towels provided by the owners. We watched some amazing sunsets! Restaurants in walking distance and a local grocery store down the street. I would definitely come back and stay when we are back in Maui. Mahalo!"

  • Wonderful 2 weeks! Kihei Akahi D607 surpassed our expectations!

"There are so many things we enjoyed about staying here, I won't even be able to scratch the surface. From the moment we walked in the door and could see the ocean through the wall of windows and slider to the balcony, we knew we made the right choice staying here. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials, including a rice maker! The bed was extremely comfortable. The ice maker was weak, but not a big deal. We bought a bag of ice and had plenty of room for it in the freezer. We had the doors and windows open anytime we were in the condo and had a nice cross breeze. Didn't need the A/C the whole two weeks we were there. Fans in the bedroom and living room were enough to push the air around. It is a perfect condo for a couple. The big screen TV (bigger than the photo shows at the date of this writing) and DVD player were great to watch movies on in the evening. Cable service was spotty which was fine for me - not to many HD channels, but who flies to Maui to watch TV. There were two beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach mat for use. Plenty of nice beach towels too. The condo property is right across from Kam II, but Kam I and III were well within walking distance. Plenty of food options and an ABC type store within walking distance too. If you are looking for convenience, you can not ask for a better location. The property had pools which looked nice and were occupied but not crowded. We did not use the pools as we preferred the beach. The staff (office and facilities personel) we encountered were all very nice and engaging. Helpful and willing to answer any questions we had. When we come back (just the two of us) we will put this location at the top of our list!"
