  • Centrally located, well-equipped, and comfortable atmosphere

"We stayed in and cooked many breakfasts and dinners, the kitchen has many pots and pans, gas stove and necessary utensils. My sister slept on the hide-a-bed and was very comfortable, I stayed in the main bed and slept very well. I LOVE the shower, wish our home had one the same as everything about it. There were hooks and closets in very convenient places. Really liked the set up for outside bar and chairs and mirror to see behind view. The condo location is central to many different destinations on Maui, so we could have schedule such as morning hike on north volcano and then drive to top of Haleakala for sunset and then drive back to condo for a not too late dinner. It was an affordable price for location, amenities, and comfort. I would go back to stay at this condo every time, Thank you so much Ryan and Carole."

  • All expectations exceeded.

"What a wonderful experience. The property was better than we expected and our expectations were high to begin with. Pictures simply cannot capture this property. The house is spacious inside and out. Any amenity you could want is right there for you-large kitchen, indoor living, outdoor living, pool, hot tub. The beach is right there and just steps to beautiful sandy ocean. The location is town is perfect. The property manager was as good as the property itself. Stacy was always available and willing to answer any questions or address any concerns we had before, during, and after our stay. She was a pleasure to deal with at all times and she manages the property well-everything is in order and well maintained. Truly a great experience."

  • Location and Amenities Awesome!

"This condo was perfect for our vacation needs. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need - beach chairs with handy carry strap, coolers, boogie boards, laundry and dish detergent, and a smattering of cooking spices. The kitchen was very well stocked, and helped for a budget friendly stay (and also when we were tired of eating out!). The location was our favorite on the island, and we stayed in Hana, Kaanapail and Napili also on this trip. My 11 year old son rated this place the highest over our fancy hotel in Kaanapali, because he said there was so much variety of things to do here. He liked the park across the way, the beach across the way for boogie boarding, and being able to walk to so many things. Kihei is great because it's centrally located, and you can get to everywhere from here. The beach out front was perfect for trying out paddle boarding and for surf lessons. Roll out of bed and walk on over! We have not been in Kihei for a while and were surprised to see all of the new restaurants (plus old favorites). There are a ton of inexpensive (for Hawaii) options nearby that were really good and did not break the budget. This is a wonderful place to stay if you want to get away from all of the artificial "Hawaii" in Kaanapali and enjoy the real thing."
