  • Beautiful views, close to everything!

"We had a fantastic time in Kihei- everything was as expected and even surpassed expectation! Every room was spotless, with clean linens and towels. We had everything we needed provided--from dishes to little coolers to beach chairs/towels to shampoo/soap! The view from the balcony was breathtaking and relaxing (with the exception of lawn care day, which was just one of our 7 mornings there). We also loved being able to relax in cool AC after spending the mornings in the sun. This condo is "central" to so much--it's about a 15-30 minute drive to nearly everything, which made us feel like we maximized our time in the island. I'd recommend this unit to everyone and anyone! Mahalo, Maui!"

  • Beach Front Condo

"The condo that we rented was literally a stones throw, underhanded, to the beach. The beach is pretty small but the setting is beautiful. The location is ideal to travel in any direction. You can get to some great snorkeling 5-10 minutes south at the Kam beaches, head north to the road to Hanna with ease, drive 15-20 minutes to the airport, the same over the Lahaina or really just about anywhere you want to go. We like going out and about so that was the biggest benefit for us rather than just staying "home" and kicking back. The kitchen was well equipped and we took advantage of that on several nights. Parking is very close to the room and free. The one problem we had with the air conditioner not working didn't get fixed by the people at the condo but as soon as Debbie found out it she got it done ASAP. She is definitely a great person to work with. Friendly, helpful and gets things done. While it isn't a resort like some of the bigger hotels for the price it is very tough to beat. Units like this at the Grand Wailea would probably go for $400 a night minimum if they even have units with full kitchens. When I go back to Maui I will definitely try to get in here again."

  • Rosalie Fox

"This condo was fabulous and exceeded our expectations! Clean, modern, and well-equipped, with comfy beds and ample space to spread out. Having a double lanai (porch) , with cushioned lounge chairs and table/chairs, facing the ocean, with breezes and gentle waves, was frosting on the cake!!!! The Ali'i staff was professional and attentive. Unit #540 made our time in Maui exceptional."

  • Smith-Haney group

"Don't have the words to express how wonderful this property is. We arrived with a group of eight, from grandparents down to nine year old twins. It was a little crowded, but can't imagine any other condo accommodating our horde as comfortably as this unit did. Clean, well stocked and a setting that can't be beat. Thank you Todd and Stefani for opening your condo to us."
