  • WOW--A GREAT CONDO WITH ALL THE GOODIES

"This is a beautiful updated fully furnished condo. Unlike others I have stayed in it was stocked with more pots and pans, appliances, and dishes than I could use. In addition there were beach chairs, boogie boards, mats, and beach towels for our use. Cant wait to come back!!"

  • My time at sugar beach

"Location, view and beach walking was great. Fourth floor overlooking beach is outstanding. The minor problem is the noise level with the AC installed in the room and clothes washing and drying it is difficult to hear conversation or the TV. This an outstanding location wonderful condo."

  • Very lucky to find this Gem!

"Had booked a condo in south Kihei where We usually stay and two weeks after booking We were notified by the owner that the condo was in escrow. Decided to cancel and look elsewhere and somehow ended up looking in North Kihei and found Sugar Beach Resort. Wow, a beachfront condo for not much more! Loved this condo and location! Sugar Beach area is so quiet compared to South Kihei and the centralized location made Maui travel much easier. I definitely recommend this unit and Alii resorts are the best for Your stay! My only complaint is the stove which I think may have come over with the first Missionaries. The burners had a mind of their own so I would have to put My hand over them to find which one was working on a particular day. Other than that everything was perfect!! So nice cooking meals at the kitchen counter while looking out at the beautiful view!! Staying in and eating Our meals on the Lanai was more fun than going out! Oh yeah if You do go out don't miss the Willie K show at the King Kamehameha golf course. Great food, Great music!!! Also plan a morning paddle with the Maui outrigger canoe club down the beach, and be sure and rent SUP boards from the activity center right there at the resort. Can see beautiful coral and fish just a short paddle to the right of the Resort. Will definitely be back to Sugar beach!!"
