  • Beautiful Condo With Great View and Location

"My family (2 adults / 2 kids) really enjoyed our 7 day stay. Condo was nicely decorated, clean and stocked with all the necessities. The location was perfect. Easy access to all main areas, but quiet for the evenings. Across the street is a friendly fruit market, ABC store, bakery, and shaved ice stand for quick needs. Would recommend this condo for anybody in Maui!"

  • Gorgeous Property!!

"My family and I stayed at the cottage on this property for 10 days. I cannot say enough good things about it. The cottage was clean, nicely decorated and roomy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. Cecilia was a delight! She and her husband, Michael, were available day or night to accommodate any needs. We fell in love with Cecilia and the property. Just gorgeous! Sugar Beach is right across the street and you can watch the sunset from the front yard. The location, for us, was excellent. Located in North Kihei, Cottage by the Sea is close enough to the touristy South Kihei, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The Farmers Market, shave ice and huli huli chicken & rib food truck are in walking distance. Truly a place to go to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this property. We will be back!"

  • Great Experience & Friendly!

"We truly enjoyed our stay! This is a large house and the section where we stayed for the rental is fab! Large king size bed (very comfy) and a nice modern leather couch that can also be used as a bed. We enjoyed the large window shutters over the bed letting in the best fresh Maui breeze. It was peaceful. It truly felt like we were away from home. The walk-in bathroom is gorgeous with a large size tub and a glass shower doors with a little window to let the breeze in while you shower. Clean, large towels are provided, and a very well decorated cozy rental. I loved all the sea shells on the tub. The toilet is great too! Aside from being well decorated it has magazines about Kihei and Maui that were super helpful for tourist like us. The room had a decent fridge size and a microwave. A TV, coffee maker, air conditioning, and Wifi included and parking space. Outside there's patio table and chairs to sit on. We enjoyed eating our breakfast every morning outside. Close proximity to Safeway grocery store and the airport. Location is ideal. There is an extra closet in the bathroom with all the amenities you would need for a perfect beach day. This really made us super happy - you will find 2 boogie boards, 3 snorkeling fins, 3 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrella, water cooler, etc... It saved us some money from renting. That was sweet! Diane is super friendly and accommodating too. I really appreciate the time she took to introduce herself and reassured us to just ask her if we needed anything. She has great energy about her and she was so wonderful to us during our stay. Her and her husband Gordon and good people. We even got to check out late on the day we are leaving. Overall, our first time experience using VRBO was phenomenal. We will ome back again! ~The Neto Family~"

  • A Little Slice of Paradise

"It was the reviews we read about this property that sold my husband and me on staying here, and they are not wrong! We loved the place. Beautiful pool literally steps from your door, private and secluded, right across the street from the beach, and wonderfully landscaped. It was very windy the first couple of days we were there, and the trees and lush foliage surrounding the property made for a very welcome windbreak, along with giving the property its air of seclusion and privacy. The unit itself made us feel at home the moment we walked in and has everything you could want to make your stay comfortable and inviting. The location in Kihei can't be beat - close enough to everything, but away from the busyness of Wailea. Thank you, Edward, for your thoughtfulness and kindness!"
