  • Great Place for a Great Price!

"My husband and I, and our best friends rented this two bedroom, two bath condo for a week. My husband and I prefer the South side of the island because he is an avid snorkeler, and this place was an awesome deal. Within a fifteen minute drive (rate of speed approximately 30-45 mph) we were at the most beautiful beaches and best snorkel spots. The showers in the condo had great water pressure, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you might need. In addition to being close to Wailea and Makena, the condo is also conveniently located just 30 minutes from the fun town of Lahaina. The place was well stocked with every amenity that you could want, the grounds are lovely, the property sits on Sugar Beach which is a charming stretch of sand and sea, the atmosphere was quiet, and all of the other residents were very friendly. The owner Michael was always very responsive to my emails and text messages. When I asked him for beach chairs and an ice chest, those items were happily provided before I even arrived! When we come back to the island, this place will be my first choice - we had a great time, and we loved staying here."

  • The Perfect Family Vacation

"We just returned from a fantastic week on Maui staying at this awesome home. We had 5 married couples and a couple of younger ones as well-15 in all. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep, to spread out on the awesome back lawn and enjoy the lanai and pool. The private parking and grounds were excellent and beautiful. We enjoyed the sunsets and the bbq each evening from the back lawn. The kitchen was well-stocked and the extra refrigerator was a real bonus. The location was nice and central so we could get up north to Kaanapali and the north coast and just as easily down to Wailea and the south and to Haleakala--just about anywhere on the island. The fans and sliding doors kept the home airy and comfortable and we were able to wash clothes and had good internet accessibility as well. The property manager was attentive--came and gave the pool an extra cleaning for us and helpful on places to go. All in all, we would highly recommend this property for a large group or family!"

  • Great place

"We very much enjoyed staying in Lydia's Apartment 509. It Is perfectly located close to Kihei and directly at the beach. We much enjoyed having our barbecue directly at the beach. The views from the balcony are fantastic. There is some noise from the N Kihei Street which is close by. The apartment was very well equipped. Dishwasher, big fridge, microwave, washer and dryer. It even had a boogie board. Furthermore, it was meticulously clean. We can highly recommend Lydia's apartment."

  • Great place to stay!

"We stayed there the first week of May and it was wonderful. The room appeared to have been recently renovated and the view is amazing! The resort is a little more low key and the location is perfect, you're about 20 steps from the beach behind the resort. Just a short drive to any destination on the western side of the island, Lahaina, Kaanapali and Wailea. Across the street are a farmers market, a shaved ice place and an ABC Store. We made multiple trips to each during our stay. We would recommend this unit and will certainly look into the availability on our next trip to Maui!"
