  • Great home base

"We booked this condo on our 2nd leg of a combo business/pleasure trip and found it to be everything we needed. The condo was stocked with everything we could have asked for as we do a lot of cooking ourselves and the kitchen remodel is lovely. The AC was a welcome relief as the afternoons do bake on that side of the island. But having the pool (warm and pleasant) and the little bay to swim in was so refreshing as well. The deck gave us fantastic views of the bay and any fish or turtles that were cruising around, which was all the time. Also really enjoyed the roof access as the sunset from up there was awesome. Overall, this was a solid experience and the set up and reservations through Ali'i went so smoothly and they made sure we had what we needed. Great jumping off point to explore the island with easy shopping for supplies nearby (Costco, Foodland and farmer's markets)."

  • Wonderful Spot

"I just stayed here with my family and had a wonderful time. The location is great - just off S Kihei Rd and so close to the highway but far enough that you don't hear the road noise. The condo complex is very quiet and very pretty with lots of trees and greenery. The condo unit itself is very well stocked with all the equipment you would need for cooking or drinking and the A/Cs worked really well. The upstairs bed was really comfortable and the downstairs bathroom is quite spacious. The downstairs beds, however, were not nearly as nice and the upstairs bathroom is outdated. Though these things could have been better, they were still functional and the rest of the place is nice enough to outweigh the negatives. The drains needed to be snaked but I was not able to get a response to that request during my stay. I recommend confirming that they have been cleaned before you book. Some things to keep in mind, the downstairs twin bedroom gets warm as it does not have its own A/C unit, and the A/C exhaust pours hot air onto the lanai so you can't have both at the same time. It was a bit of a hassle to wash towels and sheets before departure but if you can plan accordingly this place was really great and I wish I could've stayed longer. Before checkout, you'll be asked to wash the towels and sheets (though no folding). This is a hassle, but if you can plan for it the condo is really great. I wish I could've stayed longer."

  • A Little Slice of Paradise

"It was the reviews we read about this property that sold my husband and me on staying here, and they are not wrong! We loved the place. Beautiful pool literally steps from your door, private and secluded, right across the street from the beach, and wonderfully landscaped. It was very windy the first couple of days we were there, and the trees and lush foliage surrounding the property made for a very welcome windbreak, along with giving the property its air of seclusion and privacy. The unit itself made us feel at home the moment we walked in and has everything you could want to make your stay comfortable and inviting. The location in Kihei can't be beat - close enough to everything, but away from the busyness of Wailea. Thank you, Edward, for your thoughtfulness and kindness!"

  • Great experience!!

"We rented the condo from the end of May until the first week of June. I couldn't have been more impressed. The condo was outfitted perfectly for our needs. It was spacious enough not to feel cramped with the two bedrooms and the living room and kitchen areas were also nice. All the appliances and cookware were at our fingertips and we enjoyed using the beach stuff including chairs, towels and sand castle building toys for our daughter. We enjoyed spending evenings sitting on the lanai with a glass of wine gazing at the ocean which was visible from our condo. Didn't get to try the pool, but we will be sure to take advantage of that the next time. The beach was right across the street so we often took walks on the beach which you practically have to yourself in that part of Kihei."
