  • What a view!

""What a view!", the 1st thing we said when walking in the door, amazed at the blue of the ocean & the white sandy beach that stretched for miles. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch & supper on the balcony as we scanned the ocean, protected from occasional wind & a bit of rain. No whales at this time of year, but saw the sea turtle's head popping up occasionally as it swam in the waters near the condo! We loved having beach chairs, noodles & a cooler provided - a definite plus for us as we prefer to be on the beach & playing in the waves. Very well equipped condo & lovely décor. Excellent contact with owner pre-trip & for a query during our stay. Would love to stay there again!"

  • Great for a family reunion!

"This was a perfect home for our family reunion which included three generations of past Maui residents. Centrally located, we enjoyed trips to Haleakala, Lahaina, and Makena, as well as early morning walks on the beach and swims in the pool. It was wonderful to have breakfast on the lanai enjoying the view of the islands. The property manager, Ryan, did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable."

  • Beautiful condo centrally located is easy going Kihei, the perfect place for your island stay.!

"My husband and I were very excited to experience Maui for our Honeymoon a few weeks ago. Not only did Tim and Vicki's condo at Kihei Bay Vista meet our expectations with the amenities and close proximity to the beach - it far exceeded it! With spectacular natural views, amazing food, and an abundance of geckos, it really was the perfect vacation to start a marriage with. We stopped at the Kihei farmers market most mornings for breakfast (open Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm) and didn't miss a chance to get shaved ice from Ululani's! If you're adventurous in food, try the deep fried musubi at Da Kitchen in south Kihei - it's amazing! We drove up the west side of Maui, to Lahaina and further. Make sure you plan a day of that, it's a beautiful drive. The drive to Hana is equally as beautiful and maybe a little nerve wracking! Plan to leave really early for that trip too. When we come back to Maui, we will be sure to be repeat visitors at this condo. Thank you so much Tim and Vicki!"

  • Well furnished and nice location

"Unit 120 is very nicely furnished and was more like staying in someone's home than a condo. We enjoyed walking on the beach (right in front of the lanai) and the grounds are well kept. The TV and electronics have been upgraded and internet worked well. The bedroom is a bit small and there is no place to put a suit case except on the floor, but that was not really an issue for two people. There is a nice dresser to unpack your things in if you prefer. There are lots of extras like beach chairs, ice chests, boogie boards, etc. The owners did a great job of providing pre-trip planning information."
