  • three generation family holiday

"We were a group of six, grandparents, 90 years young, my husband and myself and our two teenage sons. Hale Kameole is at the far south end of Kihei and is very quiet. The condo was perfect for our stay, the seniors on the main floor and the rest of us upstairs. There is an elevator, so no problem with stairs. The teenagers enjoyed their loft space and I liked that it was out of sight so I didn't have to see their messy room. The condo was very well stocked with all the necessities and more. The fridge had jam, butter, mustard and other condiments left from previous guests, which was great not having to buy all those extras. The closet on the lanai has everything you need for the beach. Our boys loved using the boogie boards and flippers(we had brought our own masks and snorkels). There is an info book in the suite put together by Janet and Dennis that is very helpful for choosing restaurants, beaches, etc. and the information is spot on. We swam with turtles every day. Snorkeling was fantastic and the beach just across the street wasn't crowded, even though it was spring break, and great fish sightings just to the south of Kam 3. We would grab a beach chair and a glass of wine and walk across the street to take in the sunset. The people we met at Hale Kameole were all so friendly, a few were retirees who spend months there. One of the highlights was the conch band at sunset....a memorable happy time was had by all."

  • Definitely will be back!

"I stayed at this location 2 times and definitely hope to be back. Perfect location, literally steps from beach, pool, tennis court, restaurants, etc. Unit was very comfortable with many of the little things that other owners frequently forget (example coffee, for those of us who need it in the AM). Kitchen had all of the utensils so that it was easy to stay in if you so desire. Barbeque is right outside. Wonderful grassy area just outside sliding door so kids can play and be seen from inside the unit. Pool area is close, but not too close that you can hear all the noise. Outside closet has EVERYTHING .. comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas, snorkling equipment, toys for kids, even leftover sun tan lotion. Wonderful restaurants close by and sunset that you can't believe. You can definitely tell that this unit owner has a family and cares!"

  • Great vacation

"Condo was as promised. Very nice, everything worked well. Snorkeling right across the street at Kam III was great. The barbecue grills were very conveniently near the unit also. Shops and restaurants with in walking distance. We were here for a wedding and had a great time."

  • Fabulous Condo

"We had an excellent stay at this condo in Kihei. The property is clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with boogie boards, lawn chairs and a cooler which we enjoyed the use of. Two daughters used the 2nd bedroom with twin beds, while one daughter enjoyed the loft with the pull out sofa bed. The owner was kind enough to call us midweek to check on us prior to tropical storm Darby. The condo is just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool as well. We also did quite a bit of cooking and laundry. I would highly recommend this rental condo. Restaurant we enjoyed included coconuts (best fish tacos) cafe o'lei and Moose Mcgilicutties. The ABC store also has a good deli to take sandwiches to the beach."
