  • Welcome Home!

"Spent 5 nights in this unit. Best location! Even though the temperature flirted with 90 degrees in the daytime, there was absolutely no need to run the air conditioner even though there was one. This unit is breezy and beautiful. John stayed in contact with me from the time of booking up until our arrival, answering questions I had with very thorough responses. There were even fresh flowers left on our first full day. Just added a touch of comfort and care to an amazing experience. This was a great find and I would definitely love to stay here again!"

  • Best family vacation EVER! Exceptional condo, really clean & beautiful!

"I'll begin by saying that we strategically chose two places on Maui to stay in order to have two different experiences. First five days at a cottage in Haiku provided the off-the-beaten path experience we were seeking. Then we moved to Kihei and couldn't have been more pleased with our condo choice. We were just flabbergasted at how well cared for and clean this condo and overall property was. We felt like we won the jackpot! This unit is absolutely centrally located to pool and courtyard amenities. The grounds were well groomed, and just a short walk to the beach each night across Kihei street right in front of Kamaole Sands. Our week was spent doing a lot of sightseeing all around Maui and we looked forward to our time back at the condo for relaxation. Finding a grocery store was no problem. Upon check-in, Kamaole Sands gave us the local grocery chain membership card to get the better pricing. It was the right sized store that had everything we needed. I couldn't believe that we got to cook in that kitchen for a week. It was lovely. Albeit a little small compared to back home, but clean and effective. Supplies were available both in the refrigerator (butter, jelly, peanut butter, sugar, etc) and cupboard (oil, spices, flour) so that we didn't have to buy absolutely everything at the store. SO helpful! Families of any size would love it here. Our unit slept our family of 5 comfortably, and had the best pull-out couch EVER! The kids usually don't fight over that one, but this time they did. Traveling with 2 teens and 1 ten yr old. Cannot say enough great things about condo! Wish we could return annually. I would pick this one each time... Since this is a review - I have to add the downside to condo living. Kids were asked NOT to kick a soccer ball around on the lawn (open grass) portion of the property, and the pool rules were pretty strict."

  • Cozy, comfortable and everything works perfectly!

"The beds were comfortable, the views beautiful and the walk to the beach a breeze! Close to everything and we had no issues with anything which is a first when it comes to family vacations. There was room for everybody with no one getting under foot or being in someone's way. The fans kept the place at a very comfortable temperature and you can see the sunsets from the balcony. It was the best vacation I've had in years and a large part is due to the niceness and comfort of this condo."

  • Ocean views and breezes from a fully equipped condo

"If you need a big flat screen TV and granite countertops to enjoy your stay in paradise, this may not be the unit for you. If, however, you appreciate a great location for a great price that includes an ocean view and refreshing breezes, you can't go wrong. Throw in a fully equipped kitchen, beach gear, in-unit laundry, second bathroom, and comfortable bed, and you'll wonder why so many people are paying hundreds more per night to stay down the road in the Wailea resorts. Enjoy the sunset right from your private lanai, or take a quick stroll across the street and view the nightly spectacle from the expansive lawn. Highly recommended!"
