  • Would definitely return!

"We loved the condo! Had everything we needed. Kent was wonderful to work with and his list of restaurants was spot on. We tried several and were not disappointed! The kitchen and upstairs bath look recently remodeled. The deck was perfect to enjoy our morning lattes from an awesome espresso, smoothie, waffle bar just a few blocks down the street (but there is also a coffee maker in the condo). We also used the outdoor community BBQ once and it was clean and worked great. We used the boogie boards, too. We stayed in this condo for four nights and then "splurged" at the Grand Wailea for four nights. Next time I think we'll just enjoy the condo the whole time! The beaches, easily walking distance from the condo, are great. The last morning I went for a walk and saw two turtles swimming around some people snorkeling. Thanks, Kent!"

  • At ease

"The Maui Kamaole neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Especially enjoyed the upper pool and spa area. The Strehlau unit is lovely, comfortable, and equipped to encourage exploration of the area -- boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, even extra flip-flops -- a life saver! Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio gazing toward the ocean. Proximity to good food, amenities, and spectacular beaches! It will be even better when the upstairs neighbor trades in her clogs for something with soft soles. Thank you for terrific accommodations!"

  • Outstanding in every way... Checking the Calendar on Next Visit!

"We stayed for a week during the end of July, and every expectation was exceeded by the accommodations, the development itself, and location in Kihei. The unit is well appointed, clean, and spacious... Traveling as two couples, we felt as if we were right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and utensils, so feel confident in stocking up at the grocery store! The back patio, or lanai, is perfect for meals at any time of the day, and a short stroll from one of several grill stations that you find throughout the Maui Kamaole development, including both pool areas, and in each parking lot as well. The grills are gas and of high quality, so we really enjoyed cooking steaks and burgers during our stay, and will plan even more home cooked meals during our next stay. It should also be noted that the unit is stocked with towels, sheets, and nearly every imaginable amenity that you would stock in your home, even down to the best beach chairs that we have experienced- not exaggerating, the chair has a head rest and great storage... We're buying a set ourselves for our house. Speaking of beach, the unit is a 10 minute walk to a series of beaches across the street, so you will be able to easily enjoy the ocean. We recommend taking the car down the street 30 seconds - literally- to the Mana Kai Maui hotel with its public beach access parking. There are two restaurants within a stone's throw of that location and the parking makes it easy to carry chairs and all the supplies that you need to enjoy the beach without lugging everything down the street. If beach is not your thing, the two pools at Maui Kamaole are terrific. Both are closely located to the unit itself, so you will be able to easily debate which one is your favorite. When traveling as two couples, you should note that the second bedroom was converted from a space that appears to have been an office. It is very snug, but as the bathroom is directly across from the doors, it works. If you're traveling with children, this second room is ideal. I'd like to conclude with a note on the location- it is superb! You are centrally located to the charming strip of Kihei, which felt like a very inviting and low key beach town where you can completely relax, as well as to Wailea, which is definitely more upscale and offers some strong shopping and dining options. Both areas are within a 2 minute to 10 minute drive. A huge thank you to our hosts- we cannot wait to return next year!"

  • Love Dorli’s vacation home!

"This was my fifth time vacationing in Maui since 2010 and the first time staying in Dorli's condo. Without question, Dorli's is my favorite and will be my first choice on my next trip to paradise. The condo is very clean and the atmosphere is just amazing. Not only is the condo located across the street from an awesome beach (Kamaole Beach III) but it is also located very close to some of my other favorite snorkeling and surfing beaches. Love this place and I give it with FIVE STARS.!!!!!!"
