  • Great location

"Very clean unit with everything you need for the beach. Grounds and pool were immaculate. Within walking distance to restaurant"s and shops. The owner was very easy to deal with. Will go again."

  • Home away from home!

"We just enjoyed a fabulous two weeks in Maui and our 6th stay at Kamaole Sands. First off, we've stayed at many different places in Maui and this is by far our favourite complex. We have three children ranging in age from 4-9 and the beautiful grounds, two pools, kid friendly hot tubs and close proximity to the beach makes this a fantastic choice for families. We spent our mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool. This unit comes with everything you need for the beach and had enough for all three of our kids to have their own boogy board and chairs to sit in plus plenty of beach toys to play with. The unit itself was perfect. We have rented at quite a few different places at Kamaole Sands and we were so impressed at how many little extra's this condo supplied. Sharon and Fred have thought of everything from spices and cooking basics to tinfoil and tupperware, plus the great selection of books/games and the laundry/dishwasher supplies were all so helpful. They covered so many of the little things that all add up and we really appreciated having them included in our stay. There was even a Hawaiian gift bag waiting for us when we arrived which was such a nice welcome to the Island. Sharon and Fred were a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this condo and are already planning our next trip back to paradise!"

  • Our Stay at Maui Park Shore Unit 310

"We enjoyed our stay a lot. The unt was clean and well stocked with things we needed, pots and pans, dishes etc. we loved eating out on the Lani and watching the sunset. Some of the folks around here tend to talk really loud, but you get used to it. It would have been nice to have the twin beds be another king or Queen, but we managed. We really enjoyed all the helpful suggestions about where to eat etc. Having the beach across the street was so convenient and a great place to snorkel. We really like to bike and would rent bikes next time. There really are a lot of places to bike, including the street right out the front of the unit with nice bike lanes. Overall, I would come back again. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant."

  • Great Central Location on the island & within the Complex

"Kihei is a great central location on the island; lots of amenities walkable nearby from Kameole Sands Complex; right across from a great beach Kameole 3; the condo is in perfect location within the complex, with pool view, away from noisy street; Pool area closes at 10pm sharp, so very quiet after that time; The lanai is quite private in Bldg. 5; other decks in other buildings not so much because of the 'offset' style and how the condos are 'stepped' (look at the online pictures of the resort and you will see what i mean). The condo provided all that we needed with regard to linens and kitchens things as we cooked most of the time. Umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and beach towels all provided which was really convenient. The air conditioner is a unit in the wall attached to the living room, vented outside to the lanai. Keeps the main area cool. There are 2 full bathrooms, one is an ensuite, and washer and dryer in the unit. The bed in the bedroom is a queen and the sofa pulls out as well . The lanai has a table and chairs for 4 people. This is an end unit which is nice for privacy, and more light. The owners were quick to reply with a minor issue, and great value for what we paid per night. We had a great stay! Miss it already...."
