  • Fabulous Place

"This condo was absolutely wonderful. It had all the ammenties that we could have possible needed or wanted. They even had a crib, baby bedding and baby blankets for our 3 month old. It was beautifully decorated, new appliances and the owners were excellent to deal with. It was a home away from home and we can't wait to book again."

  • Great Place!!

"My husband, teenage daughter and I rented this lovely condo for over a week. The condo is very well equipped in the kitchen and everything is maintained very well. The condo is ground floor and on the end, so it tends to be quieter than some of the other units. It also has central air conditioning for those of us from colder climates! It is on a timer, which can be difficult on hot nights, but it worked out fine as we got more used to the warmer weather. The positives on this unit far outweigh the timer on the A/C!! The owner- Cristina- was so nice to deal with and allowed us a late checkout as we had a late plane flight out. The location in Kinei was wonderfully located to see all of the island from a more central location. The beaches across the street and down a bit were perfect for our morning swims and snorkels and the dining along the road is easily accessible and varied. All-in-all, we loved it and would definitely rent this same unit again!! Mahalo, Cristina!!"

  • Best family vacation EVER! Exceptional condo, really clean & beautiful!

"I'll begin by saying that we strategically chose two places on Maui to stay in order to have two different experiences. First five days at a cottage in Haiku provided the off-the-beaten path experience we were seeking. Then we moved to Kihei and couldn't have been more pleased with our condo choice. We were just flabbergasted at how well cared for and clean this condo and overall property was. We felt like we won the jackpot! This unit is absolutely centrally located to pool and courtyard amenities. The grounds were well groomed, and just a short walk to the beach each night across Kihei street right in front of Kamaole Sands. Our week was spent doing a lot of sightseeing all around Maui and we looked forward to our time back at the condo for relaxation. Finding a grocery store was no problem. Upon check-in, Kamaole Sands gave us the local grocery chain membership card to get the better pricing. It was the right sized store that had everything we needed. I couldn't believe that we got to cook in that kitchen for a week. It was lovely. Albeit a little small compared to back home, but clean and effective. Supplies were available both in the refrigerator (butter, jelly, peanut butter, sugar, etc) and cupboard (oil, spices, flour) so that we didn't have to buy absolutely everything at the store. SO helpful! Families of any size would love it here. Our unit slept our family of 5 comfortably, and had the best pull-out couch EVER! The kids usually don't fight over that one, but this time they did. Traveling with 2 teens and 1 ten yr old. Cannot say enough great things about condo! Wish we could return annually. I would pick this one each time... Since this is a review - I have to add the downside to condo living. Kids were asked NOT to kick a soccer ball around on the lawn (open grass) portion of the property, and the pool rules were pretty strict."

  • Paradise

"As we say Aloha to Maui, we have just spent an incredible 5 + weeks in the most beautiful place on earth. The new windows, deck railings and retiled lanai are absolutely stunning.  Kihei Surside as a complex is second to none. And of course it's extra special spending our time in our favorite accommodation in 210, our home away from home. The new TV, channels and Blu -tooth player is great and very easy to use.  The new beach chairs even come with a cooler compartment.  How brilliant is that! We got to experience the wildest thunder and lightning storm ever seen on the Island followed by an earthquake early the next morning.  Wow!  There was also another big explosion at the Maui Nui Golf Club on April 01, 2016 as Carol scored a hole in 1 on Par 3, 123 Yard,  7 th hole with a 7 iron.  Another Wow, it was her second career hole in 1 but extra-special happening here in Paradise. Our return to 210 in 2017 will mark our 15th year on Maui.  How fortunate are we. Thank you Bob and Cath for sharing your home with us.  Until next time. Aloha and Mahallo, B & C, Winnipeg, MB"
