  • First Time VRBO user, Hit the Jackpot!

"Being the 1st time we ever tried booing a VRBO let's say we were a bit nervous. I spoke to Tiffanie a couple of times and ended up having 30+ minute conversations both times. The condo is absolutely beautiful and so organized with notes of what is in every cabinet and draw along with instructions on how to use every thing included in the condo. The location was perfect easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, beach, just about everything. 808 Bistro was our favorite. Went once for breakfast and a 2nd time for dinner. It is currently BYOB. which we love. We really have nothing bad to say about the condo. It may be nit picky but the only con we found was the size of the parking spots. We had a Hyundai Elantra and was still very tight getting into spots. Bottom line....if we are ever fortunate enough to be able to make return trip to Maui we would without question try to book this condo!"

  • Family Vacation

"The view and location of the Kihei Surfside was awesome! Was great to get up in the morning and walk right down to the beach. Grounds are kept up very nice; sunsets are beautiful here. Can get a bit warm with no A/C, but definitely manageable with the ceiling fans. With a family of four, kids had the pullout couch, which was somewhat broke and worn out. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the Kihei Surfside."

  • Would definitely return!

"We loved the condo! Had everything we needed. Kent was wonderful to work with and his list of restaurants was spot on. We tried several and were not disappointed! The kitchen and upstairs bath look recently remodeled. The deck was perfect to enjoy our morning lattes from an awesome espresso, smoothie, waffle bar just a few blocks down the street (but there is also a coffee maker in the condo). We also used the outdoor community BBQ once and it was clean and worked great. We used the boogie boards, too. We stayed in this condo for four nights and then "splurged" at the Grand Wailea for four nights. Next time I think we'll just enjoy the condo the whole time! The beaches, easily walking distance from the condo, are great. The last morning I went for a walk and saw two turtles swimming around some people snorkeling. Thanks, Kent!"

  • Fantastic location, great amenities, loved our stay

"The condo was perfect for our needs - mom, dad, precocious 10-year-old. Good assortment of beach and ocean gear to complement what we brought with us. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and even though we mostly ate out it was great to have virtually all the tools necessary to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. With two swimming pools available and a beautiful beach just across the road, staying put was always a temptation, even though the wonders of Maui kept us on the move most days. Our only complaints: Would have been very useful to have had written instructions for the AC controls, and the unit in the master bedroom is set at bed level, which sometimes interrupted comfortable sleep, blowing cold air directly at us. Written instructions for the TV to play DVDs through the game player would have helped as well. All-in-all an excellent condo in a great location. We would definitely recommend the property."
