  • Perfect place for a family vacation

"My family and I had a great stay here. The location can't be beat, just across the street from a fantastic beach. The kids also spent many hours in the pool. The whole complex felt very safe as well. Kihei is a great place to stay as well. Lots of great beaches and restaurants nearby, and centrally located for exploring the rest of the island. If—or when—we come back to Maui, we'll definitely be looking to see if this place is available!"

  • We love Kamaole Sands!

"My wife, 18 month old son and I took a week long vacation to Maui and we're so glad we stayed in this unit. We had friends renting a unit in another building in the complex, and it was a great home base for our adventures on the island. The complex's amenities are great. We especially enjoyed the pool area (in all there is a pool, a children's pool, and a family hot tub) and the numerous BBQs. The unit comes equipped with all the beach toys and gear a family could need and a great beach is a 5 minute walk away across the road. While the finishes could use a bit of updating, the condo is very comfortable and has everything you need to cook and enjoy yourself. It was especially nice to have the little things (olive oil, salt, pepper, other spices) when we showed up so we didn't have to buy those. Finally, the unit manager (Elyse) is incredibly kind. The complex erroneously charged us a $15 booking fee when we arrived and when I told her about the charge, she quickly reimbursed it. We hope to come back next year!"

  • Island Jewel

"This is one of the best condos we have ever rented. The kitchen is remarkable – more then what I have at home. The owners have filled their home with the true spirit of Aloha. The Hawaiian decor in the condo shows pride of ownership! They have everything you need to enjoy the condo and beach…books, big screen TV, a comfortable bed with very private shutters but the best is the larger lanai with a spectacular view of the ocean. Kam III beach is a 3 min walk and you have a selection of good restaurants and plazas within walking distance. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pools had enough chairs for everyone. I would differently recommend this condo."

  • First Time VRBO user, Hit the Jackpot!

"Being the 1st time we ever tried booing a VRBO let's say we were a bit nervous. I spoke to Tiffanie a couple of times and ended up having 30+ minute conversations both times. The condo is absolutely beautiful and so organized with notes of what is in every cabinet and draw along with instructions on how to use every thing included in the condo. The location was perfect easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, beach, just about everything. 808 Bistro was our favorite. Went once for breakfast and a 2nd time for dinner. It is currently BYOB. which we love. We really have nothing bad to say about the condo. It may be nit picky but the only con we found was the size of the parking spots. We had a Hyundai Elantra and was still very tight getting into spots. Bottom line....if we are ever fortunate enough to be able to make return trip to Maui we would without question try to book this condo!"
