  • A beautiful place to stay in Maui

"I picked this condo out of a list and it happened to be available for the my visit during Christmas and New Year. What a beautiful condo. Very well maintained. It has everything you would need for staying there and going to the ocean. During the holidays I made cookies and pie and holiday dishes and this condo had everything. I just supplied the food. The owner is easy to work with and is available to talk to if you need help. I needed to find the laundry basket. The condo management is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean, beautiful, and quiet. Even on New Years eve I was able to sleep. Tip: Learn the trade winds and you wont need the air conditioner. It works well and with the ceiling fans on it cools that whole place. However, in the evening when the trade winds lessen you can open a couple of bedroom windows and cool the whole place you may need the ceiling fans. You can also hear all the wonderful birds singing. I love that there are no sirens, helicopters etc. Only nature. The beach is a very short walk and I recommend going to the right for some great restaurants. Some friends took me to Coconuts right next door it was amazing. Thank you such a memorable and comfortable stay."

  • Ideal location

"Sugar Beach is ideally situated on the Island: bordered by a wildlife nature center up north, and central to all prime Maui location. Bare-foot beach run on your front steps, 2 miles of white sand. The condo itself is very quiet, you can't hear a noice from the surrounding apartments, and the view is as breathtaking as on the site's pictures. Ample parking spot, jacuzzi (quite busy), 6 BBQ for guests, and a relaxed atmosphere away from the large crowd. Good value for money too, considering the Island cost of living. The hardest part is to leave Maui behind."

  • Excellent location and good enough condo

"The location of condo is wonderful! The ground floor with grass and bananas on the patio is very comfy especially with children. But much staff in house is cheap. Towels and sheets are dirty and with holes (but there are some new). There are no beach toys (but we left some), body board and sun umbrella are broken, balcony mosquito door falls every time and etc. As for my family, these things are not the main, so it is wonderful place and we'll be glad to come again! But may be it's important for someone."

  • Fantastic Place!

"Had a lovely stay over the holiday season. Robert's condo was like a home away from home. The unit was updated, clean, and had lots of amenities. Amenities included rolling cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, and even a kettle for my morning tea. The central a/c was an added bonus. The unit is on the second floor but conveniently located between the elevator and stairs. Lovely BBQ area close to the stairs. Kamaole Sands has lovely grounds and swimming pool. Kamaole Beach III is right across the street and has a great grass park for watching the sunset. Robert was a pleasure to deal with and always replied promptly to any inquiries. Thank you Robert for helping make our vacation fantastic."
